The folks at Dr. Padgett’s office take such good care of our kiddo. He is always comfortable in the safe and fun atmosphere that has been created in the office. Thanks to Dr. Padgett and team for making childhood dentist experiences great ones!

Could not have been happier with how my daughter’s first dental appointment went! All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and so empathetic to how (potentially) scary a first dental appointment can be. Not at Dr. Padgett’s! Lauren was so so wonderful, coming out to the waiting room to introduce herself to my daughter, speaking directly to her, allowing her to touch and smell things before she put them in her mouth to look/brush/floss. She even “checked” her stuffed animal’s teeth. After the appointment, maybe a week later, they sent a wonderful personalized letter to my daughter, really going the extra mile. Just a caring, wonderful office for children. I am so happy such a gem is nearby for my daughter! Thank you so much!

The kindness and professionalism I experienced in our visit today was so very appreciated. I had heard great things, but I was so very impressed with how the staff handled a difficult dental situation (and dental anxiety) and the speed with which they took care of it. Thank you so much. 😊

I can’t say enough about the great experience that we have had so far. For a long while now, I have been searching for a pediatric dentist that works for us. We have been through three dentists before this office. We have been very disappointed in the dentists that we have tried, with conditions such as unclean offices, and equipment and staff scaring my daughter away. We waited several months to get into to this office and the wait was well worth it. The wait to get in was not long at all which is great when you have two kids with you, the staff was super friendly and GREAT with kids, the office was extremely clean, the staff uses words that won’t scare your child away and won’t give you anxiety about the next appointment. They made it fun. My daughter actually enjoyed her first visit. The dentist and dental assistant were both great and took their time explaining everything that would happen during my daughters next visit. Questions were welcomed and they even sent a personalized letter to my 7 year old after her visit. Amazing service, it’s so great to feel like your child is well cared for. I will drive 40 minutes to go when needed. Well worth it!!! Greatly appreciated Miss Christina and Dr. Browne.

We absolutely love Dr.Padgett and her staff. My son woke up with a swollen face and needed to be seen asap and they made that happen. He was hesitate and very scared about having a tooth extracted and the staff never got frustrated with him and remained so kind through the whole process. I’m so glad we found this office. I had to attach a picture of his cow tooth holder. He loves that thing to pieces 🐮 🤍

We’ve been going to Dr. Padgetts office for years, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The entire staff was wonderful when my son was 18 months, and handled his typical toddler tears very well! He left smiling because they were all so fun. We’ve been there every 6 months for the last 6 years, and they have been AMAZING at every visit. My kids get excited about going. Zero dentist anxiety, which is setting them up for great grown up dental care. My kids are in great hands with this office. Love it so much.

If you have Medicaid or caresource KEEP searching. This is one of MOST judgemental dental Offices called in mahoning AND Trumbull County that judge you based on your care.This woman told me that you have to be referred FROM a dentist to THIS dentist based on medical coverage. What sense is that? This is their "professional" way of saying.."nope,we don't accept people with YOUR coverage."also..took hours to give a call back in response..which by then I booked my children with another dentist that DOES happily accept our insurance. What a money game the dentistry field is and THIS is perfect example.we live in an area where over half of us are on Medicaid and to feel judged based upon this is completely wrong. Extremely disappointed.
