Dr. Pascolini is very nice, but the office staff and assistants are TERRIBLE. They are rude, unorganized, and are poor communicators. This has been our worst experience with a health care provider so far. I know the dr is very popular and the office is very busy, but that is no excuse for poor people skills and lack of communication between patients/parents and their internal staff. There has been an issue every step of the way with these people and you'll get a totally different answer depending on which person answers the phone. If my son didn't need these procedures so badly we would start over somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

He was very friendly. I took my newborn for a lip and tongue tie and he was very quick and my daughter barely cried when he snipped them.

Extremely long wait times - doctor doesn’t care about patient. I had excruciating pain in my throat and he took a look and said I don’t see anything!! I had to ask for a scope till he saw the infection !! I had a neck CT ordered by a walk in clinic which he barely read - cancelled my follow up saying he doesn’t see an ENT issue - only for me to follow up with my family doctor 3 weeks later to find out I have pneumonia and it clearly shows in the CT report ! Pure negligence- do not recommend.

Waiting rooms are expected to be used in a doctor’s office… But his likeability makes it worth the wait. Genuinely funny and ‘cool’ doctor. Doesn’t talk down or oversimplify everything!
