The lady on the appointment line asked about my insurance and when I told her what it was she said it would be better if I went to a competitor and wouldn’t even try to help me make an appointment.
my exp was very good, all aspects very good Dr and staff.
he did a fine job, explained everthing very well.it took a while but i only wanted to be worked on at southwoods.staffing was always very good with me.
Went with my aunt she had an appointment with dr mussleman a few months ago. After her appt we talked she said how much she liked him and his staff and that she hoped the medicine he gave her worked and it did. I made an appointment because I had two bladder surgeries and I wasn’t happy with the second outcome so I thought I’d give dr musselman a call he’s so kind and explains things in a way you can understand the girls in the office are very nice. I highly recommend him to anyone having urology problems. Thank you DR Musselman
Waited a month only to be rescheduled for close to another month later. I then received another call because he apparently now had another procedure to do the day of my already rescheduled consultation and was told it would be another month longer. I canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere.
He took his time with me and did not rush me at all. Have a follow up and have no problematic with him. Definitely recommend!!
I never had a visit. I made an appointment and had to wait over 1 month to get in. The day of my appointment I stood outside his office for 45 minutes ringing the bell, calling the number, calling the other 2 offices, but never received an answer. The next day I called, was told there was an emergency, "sorry", and I could be rescheduled 5 weeks later. I understand emergencies happen, but with 3 offices you would think someone could call patients and let them know appointments are canceled. Then the Dr. should squeeze canceled appointments in, not make them wait another 5 weeks.
He and his staff are bad
After waiting for well over a month, Dr Musselman canceled my appointment Twice! I was going to have to wait another month for a third appointment. The receptionist made ZERO attempt to get me yet another appointment in a timely matter. I gave up. What HORRIBLE service. I should have known better to go ANYWHERE in Warren. I'll be heading to the Cleveland Clinic.
I felt that Dr. Paul W. Musselman had made his decisions concerning my health concerns before he even entered the room. He was not helpful nor informational and he made the experience uncomfortable for me and not a situation where I was able to ask questions. He repeatedly said no before I could even ask the question, with no information given to him except that I started to speak. He told me before the examination and interview started that I should not have been referred to him. Considering that he was compensated for my visit, I expected that he would have felt some obligation to hear my concerns, even if it is not out of dedication to helping others. I feel that I was insulted repeatedly and I still feel uncomfortable and troubled about the time I spent with him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
