I will never go back to neo and associates. I fasted for over 14 hours, skipped certain medicine, canceled our home health aides, and left me in the room over 2 hours. NEO and ASSOCIATES they are a DISGRACE. Go to UROGYNECOLOGIST. They don't have the decency to contact you earlier prior to the surgery if the person needs to be certified y another doctor. Go elsewhere

The office has problems with appointments. This week appointment for a procedure arrived on date and time was told it was next week. Had A appointment card with this date was correct. Prep was done they would not do the procedure or even ask the nurse. Second problem patient came by taxi for shot for cancer and med had not been authorized. The physicians are excelllent. The office commits many errors.

The customer care of this office is cold at best. I am writing on behalf of my 86 year old grandfather. He has been waiting on test results for 3 weeks now and cannot get any answers while he has been suffering and experiencing blood in his urine. He was instructed to get set up on their portal services which has been a nightmare because HE IS 86 YEARS OLD. No one has called him back, just keep asking for his email and sending him links to set up his portal which he cannot do on his own. We are STILL waiting on results. Impossible to get an answer from anyone on the phone and when called in for help to get on the my portal, he was hung up on multiple times.

Dr. Memo is amazing and knew what I was talking about with my son and answered all of my questions that I had concerns about my son. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs this specific area

Dr. Memo is Awesome!!!!!! He took such great care of my sister. She was in serious condition. She had several kidney stones. He performed surgery and came out to talk to my mother and myself. He is very thorough and a very caring MD. I will recommend Dr. Memo to anyone that needs a Urologist. Thank you Dr. Memo. You are truly an asset to the profession!!!!
