Excellent physician! He’s our favorite! Extremely rude initial telephone staff member named “Shay”. Completely inept at her job, rude and plays games while on the phone with you. Deceitful about her actions, behavior and conversations. Let me say that this is thee only problem I’ve encountered there

My children and I have been going to Dr Agnew for years. I'm guessing about 15 to 20 years? He's the most kind and compassionate doctor I've ever been to. He takes the time to really listen and not many doctors do that. He's helped us through many issues and I believe him to be an excellent family practitioner.

I have to rate the office personnel, at the doctors' office in Boardman, a Poor. Due to them not returning calls, being deceitful about saying they did not receive faxes from durable medical equipment facility, not passing messages on to physician, speaking AT and OVER callers, making up rules regarding how a patient can designate "contact" people, and the ultimate display of being rude and inconsiderate- hanging up on callers. Receptionist Shay, Medical assistant Stephanie, and office manager Amanda are inept. I have dates, conversations, and names to back up this review.

Ive been with dr agnew now for 5 6 yrs this man is the best doc ive ever had hes so carring hes the first to b at the hospital when im always there he always checked up on me n hes done saved mi life a few times hes so caring n honnest n hes the best ever i aint never leaving him unless he retires any.time i have an issue he gets me in asap or if i have other concerns he calls me back same day he hasnt let me down hes help me with alot of mi issues n health issues n im very thankful i found this man

I’m looking for a new family Dr because I just moved to the area and the staff was extremely rude and said the Dr isn’t Excepting new Patients because i have sciatica at the time. I thought Doctors are to see people when they are hurt or sick. Extremely Rude!
