Vibra Hospital Of Mahoning Valley's Online Review Report Card

Vibra has been absolutely outstanding in the care of my mother. When she first arrived, the entire staff was so nice and caring. Every day when I would go to visit, the staff treated my mother and my family members with such respect. I could tell right away every person on staff was there because they love their job. The attention to detail, response time when needed, and willingness to discuss and explain my mom's care was the very best I've ever experienced in a healthcare setting.Unfortunately, my mom is not going to recover and has made the decision to let go of this world and let God take her to Heaven. As soon as that decision was made, the staff went out of their way to make sure our whole family was cared for and okay. On days the nurses were leaving to be off for a couple days, they would stop by and hug my mom and tell her they love her in case they didn't get to see her again.Insurance has now dictated that my mom move to a nursing home and enter hospice care. On the day she was going to be transferred, two nurses made sure to tell her that they would be coming to see her at the nursing home. I'm just astonished at all the love and wonderful care that Vibra gives to their patients. I thank each one of the Vibra workers for making this difficult time a bit easier. God bless each and every one of them!

My husband received excellent round the clock care while at Vibra. Employees were caring and considerate. The respiratory department took great care of my husband. Nurses were always pleasant and attentive. His doctors came in on a regular basis. Thank you, Vibra!! My husband says he feels better than he has in years.

My overall experience at Vibra is great. They have a wonderful staff of nurse and support staff. Britney and Amanda Have been a great help. they were able to make it possible to see my wife. This is my second stay at Vibra for a long stay of treatment. To many Great people to thank. I would like to them all and if l have to have long term treatment again l would like to come back. Excellent place. They treated my loved one as if they were family. She made excellent progress while in their care. Whenever I had an issue it was always addressed immediately.

Phenomenal care, all the staff is very friendly. Especially Shantae, Joel, Teri, house keeping was wonderful, dietary was wonderful and very accommodating. Couldn’t be more grateful for the staff and the care they provided.

Vibra has been amazing with my mom. Britney has called everyday during the week to keep us up to date on her care. We are not able to visit due to Covid and I am so happy to get daily updates.

From June 21, 2020 until August 4, 2020, my father was a patient at Vibra Hospital located in Boardman, Ohio. From the moment my father was admitted to the hospital, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only he was receiving quality services, but his family was very much aware of his status at all times!Every morning I was contacted by a staff member who communicated effectively with me about my father’s previous night, his current status, progress, and any concerns.I was never rushed or made to feel like they didn’t have the time to speak with me and my family about our loved one! This was so very much appreciated. My family and I had numerous FaceTime calls with him and we also celebrated his birthday while he was there.The services that he received there were awesome. He was treated with so much respect and empathy.My family and I will forever be grateful for the experience that we had at Vibra Hospital. The staff not only cared for him, but it felt as if they cared for us, too.Mr. Duemmel, you should be extremely proud of your team.A huge shot out to the following team members who made our father’s stay greater than just a regular hospital visit, by making sure that he was always comfortable and well taken care, as if he was the most valuable patient, which in our eyes, he is! My husband was pretty happy with staff in general. I received updates on his condition when I asked. My only concern was how he medicated him with narcotics that I specifically made clear he couldn’t take and no one respected me enough to call me and let me know. It was very upsetting. That communication can be definitely improved on. Otherwise I would recomend your facility.

VIbra in Boardman took excellent care of my Father Jerry, The staff was very caring and went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable. Super nice people! Especially Annette!September through Mid October 2020 they were the only Long Term care facility in the area that would allow any visitation. We got to see him an hour a day Mon -Friday which was very uplifting for my mother.When Covid cases started to rise in the middle of October visitation had to be stopped. We got a phone call Monday - Friday from Brittany , another rock star on their team, with an update on how he was doing.We were also able to do a face time almost every day as well.Dr. Taneja was open, honest, and very accessible. If you can ask for her.Shout out to Kathy Beadnell as well for training us on how to continue care at our home. Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough!Highly recommend this hospital!Roll Tide!Jv Lewis

Staff was willing help, I would recommend this place 100%.The Monday threw Friday update calls were very helpful to keep my daughter involved. Brittany was a huge help in getting all my daughter and I needs taken care of in a timely manner. The care here was very good. Only downfall was how far my daughter lived from the hospital . When visiting started it was a very good process. If there could be more staff it would be even better care.
