Humanistic Counseling Center, Llc Brecksville's Online Review Report Card

I waited for two weeks for an appointment at this address. The day of my appointment I went to the office to find it locked and closed. Their sign on the door said nothing about their hours or why they were closed. I immediately called and got a recording saying someone would call me back later. I waited in the parking lot for quite some time and did not receive any phone call. This was a complete waste of time and very upsetting after waiting weeks for this appointment. The next morning I still did not get a call so I called the office a little after 9:00 AM and was told they had moved but there's no sign or any indication to me of the new address. And in fact if you look online and on this yelp platform they still have the incorrect address. I was told the therapist should have called me to remind me of my appointment and let me know the correct address but this did not happen. After waiting all day for them to call me back with my new appointment I finally called at 5:00 PM and was told they were waiting for the counselors to call back as they can't make any appointments without their input. This is frustrating and certainly not the way to treat a customer. When I said just that, I was told there was other counselors and I should look elsewhere if I wanted to get in quickly. Obviously, I didn't need to get in quickly as I had already waited two weeks. Unprofessional and callous - especially considering the line of work they are in.
