List of Howard Kimmel's Reviews
I really like the doctor he is nice, but to tell you the truth he doesnt cut the toenails right and his lazy nurse that helps him out she is very rude, her name is Sally M. I wont go back just because of her and her actitud problem. Doesnt do her job completely
I was able to get a next day appointment, and Dr. Kimmel made short work of my ingrown toenail. He was extremely thorough, and gave me lots of information about aftercare. The staff was pleasant, and made me feel welcome immediately upon entering. I’m so glad I found Buckeye Foot Care, and will recommend Dr. Kimmel to anyone who needs a podiatrist.
My three daughters are patients of Dr Kimmel they range in age from 8 to 21. They love coming to see Dr.K. Yes, he treats children also.
Was yelled at by Sally today at the front desk over the phone. Was very rude, I will be switching doctors.
In my opinion this provider is incompetent . I endured a failed achilles surgery followed by a second surgery that included placing a drain and pump 2 weeks post surgery incorrectly. Poison was pumping into my body that led to health issues. The misplaced pump resulted in having my ankle gutted of infection during a third surgery . My quality of life to include managing normal daily activity is challenged by pain.
Very kind and friendly and nice and caring and understanding
Thank you for your help Dr Kimmel was amazing. And sally the office manager helped with all my appointments and other thing thank you so much
Not saying he was not a nice person .but I am saying for us we would not recommend him to anyone, the surgery was so bad 2 years later my husband had to retire can not walk like he used to if you want to risk it go ahead but I would not .
In October. After spending almost 6 months doing numerous daily foot exercises/stretches, 2 months of PT, receiving several cortisone injections and trying orthotics for PF in my left foot, I decided to switch Podiatrist's. The one I had been seeing didn't seem to understand the daily pain I was in and how nothing was really working as I work in a factory and am on my feet 40+ hrs a week. So I started to see Dr. Kimmel. I explained to him how I had spent several thousand dollars attempting to get relief and I needed something surgical done because the condition has left me unable to live my once active life style and unable to perform my job adequately. I have gained weight, my blood pressure has increased and I am in danger of losing my job. He listened to me. Had me get an MRI of my foot mid October and my surgery was performed yesterday. The pain i'm having post operatively is no worse then the worst PF pain I've felt in the past almost 7 months. So glad I decided to make that 30 min drive from my home to see him. It is so hard to find physicians like Dr. Kimmel who actually listen to you and take you seriously.
I am a First time patient to Dr. Howard Kimmel. My Experience was Wonderful. I have been having pain in My right foot for years from a car accident I was in. Dr. Kimmel got Me right in. Fitted for some Orthotics and prescribed a Pain Cream. The Orthotics are Wonderful! The pain cream I have tried yet. Bedside Matter is a A++++ Highly Recommend this Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
