This place was clean, professional, no wait time. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, but I liked the Dr. And nurses. They did a lot of tests and I had a lot of attention. I would go here again.

0 stars if it was possible. I am having severe pain that radiates (woman problems) passing clots when I don't get a period, over 1m5 hrs with only 2 other patients and all that was offered was a pregnancy test. I begged for nausea meds and pain, Dr said "antibiotic will help in a few days" WHAT ABOUT NOW? I'm vomiting and in pain NOW, so I walked out. Nobody noticed. As I walked out a woman from the waiting room grabbed the door and had been trying to get to her loved one. She was waiting over 5 mins, I waited to be checked in also, nobody at front desk, every nurse I came across obviously hates this job, dr was a dismissive jerk.

The reception doesn’t even acknowledge your existence they probably never will. If your kid is dying you might as well put him in a ditch because he’s gonna die in the waiting room. I sat there for five minutes said something to someone they looked at me, looked back at the tablet he was on then when I went to leave, I said, thank you very much for your service in four different people looked at me like I was crazy or something I am 17 years old if I show up at an emergency room I’m there for a reason not to mess around still feel like trash and I still haven’t been helped. Thank you so much Southwest for your service and amazing staff.

Worst place ever for medical attention waited almost 2.5 hour never got treated just left ! Place was empty receptionist Bitchen she should have been gone hours ago

Most rude receptionist I've ever dealt with. Wish I could give negative stars. From other reviews, seems like a theme. Total b-word is the only description that comes to mind. Took my wife elsewhere.

Poor attitudes.... Get out if you don't like your jobs. Not helpful about wait times. We see and hear youand wear your name tags

I went to the emergency room today and the staff was excellent, very attentive. They got me in right away, Diagnosed me right away and throughly explained what I need to do for my after care.

My great grandpa who’s 88 has been waiting at this emergency room since early this morning with his son. My great grandpa has a punctured lung, a broken rib, and loss of skin on his forehead after falling at Home Depot. He was supposed to be transported to Southwest General out near Berea. As of now at 9:47 P.M. he still has not been transported. This is outrageous and unbelievable disrespectful. Do better.

Been at Brunswick southwest er from 1 pm it is now 8 pm they told us my father needs to transfer to southwest middleburg to be admitted he has a collapsed lung we were told this at 3pm they said we need to wait for a bed assignment and wait on transportation was told it could be an hour or it could be 1 am I told him I would take my father down the street to Cleveland clinic before I wait on a transfer at 1am after I said that a bed was found and transfer was to be at 8pm This no way to be productive for your patients my father has been in agony for hours now sitting in the bed at er not the best for an 88 year old man What a way to do things I will convince my father never to come to the Brunswick southwest er ever again how is this justified when the doctor says he needs the procedure to get better then leave him in agony for hours they have given pain meds but it just to take the edge off
