List of Katherine E. Ayers's Reviews
She is a terrific doctor. Very caring and concerned for all your issues. We have been seeing her for a long time and won't even consider a other primary care provider.
Dr Ayers is excellent. She listens and doesn't rush me. She thoroughly explains things. I have never had any issues in getting in to see the nurse practitioner when I am sick.
I did not need to see Dr Ayers for a few years. I called this week to schedule a visit and was told now I was considered a new patient because I haven't bee there in three years and they are not accepting new patients. I was told it didn't matter that I have been a patient for about 10 years. I think this lack of consideration and compassion is appalling . The staff person I spoke with was rude ...
I got stuck with Dr. Ayers for over 10 years after my original Doctor left the practice. Due to health and insurance restrictions I had to remain with her. I now live 45 mins away and when I make the trip for an appointment she rushes me out the exam door and has even rolled her eyes at me and said I need to come back as she rolled her eyes at me. When I called I explained I was having some serious issues and also needed refills on my prescriptions so I don't understand why that happened but regardless she said I need to come back as she rolled her eyes. I began to cry and she didn't show any concern towards me as her patient. She also only gives me a few refills and makes me go through a hassle to get them. I am sitting here writing this review from bed with bronchitis from fall allergies and need a refill on my rescue inhaler. I have submitted a request for refill with my pharmacy twice which was denied and they told me. I have called her office twice with no return call.
Dr. Ayers is excellent. She listens and discusses options with me. SHe treats me like an adult. I can usually get in same day if I call first thing in the morning or within a week otherwise. The telemedicine options i wonderful.
Dr. Ayers is very kind and always spends enough time with her patients. I never have a problem getting in to see her.
I like Dr.Ayers but they never have openings when I'm sick. Just called for an appointment and was told she doesn't have openings until 3 weeks out. Have to wait a week and a half for the nurse practitioner. Unfortunately I plan to switch because of the wait issue.
I cannot share the details online but I definitely will say I would not recommend going to this doctor.
Excellent doctor. She listens to my concerns and explains things. She's sometimes hard to get into lately, but other than that, no complaints.
Ive been going to that office for years... finally leaving!!! Ive used proper precautions to cancel my appointments in right amount of time and they atill put me down as a “no show” on my record!!!! So the last 2 months ive put in requests 3 times to be seen and they have literally ignored each request and are pretty much not seeing me bc they cant properly cancel appointments the right way!!! Ive even been seen in ER for breathing issues and chest pain and they still ignored my requand NEVER EVER got back to me about it!!! The worst experience!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
