Daavlin Phototherapy's Online Review Report Card

Ordered a $5500 phototherapy system that was shipped via Estes to our home in San Antonio area. Item was picked up the morning of Wednesday, 18 October, and passed from Estes to a final carrier, Data Rush Couriers, on Wednesday, 24 October, for residential delivery. Data Rush has changed delivery date/time 4 times and current estimate is the afternoon of Wednesday, 01 November. After many contacts with Estes they admitted that they cannot contact Data Rush as their company phone number was disconnected, so only contact is email and Data Rush won’t reply. In reading all bad reviews on Data Rush most took many extra days to weeks for local delivery and many had damage. Equipment was ordered on 26 September, shipped on 18 October, soonest arrival will be 01 November. Posting for any potential purchasers to have timeframe estimates. I am not hopeful to see my delivery before 3 or 6 November judging by others experiences and will be happy if there is no damage. Also, I have called/left messages and emailed Daavlin and have not had a response. Was really hoping that Daavlin shipping would be following. Hoping to hear from Daavlin soon! Update - Data Rush warehouse in SA had their one office worker out of office so no one could answer phones. Two trucks broke down so delivery date was unknown, so I rented a truck and drove to the warehouse to get the delivery myself. Told Estes, Data Rush, and Daavlin and no one ever got back to me.

I have had psoriasis for years. I am unable to take oral medication due to other health issues , so my Dr. prescribed the Daavlin light. I cannot believe how much improvement I have gotten doing at home therapy. I had 2 severe patches. One is already gone and the other is almost gone on about 20 treatments. They are 3 time's a week. I wish I knew about this sooner. I highly recommend it!!

I call and they answer the phone just to transfer me to a voicemail horrible customer service. No one helps or answers returns my call

My doc. Put a order in for a derm lamp. 2.5 MONTHS went by and nothing. I call them and try to figure it out and my doc. had wrote the order wrong. So instead of calling me or my doc. They waited 2.5 months for me to call to ask whats going on to go to the next step. Terrible.

I get that companies need to make money, but the amount they charge for a lamp with a timer on it is criminal. On top of the massively overpriced products their customer service is not at all responsive.

Extremely helpful on the phone regarding a second hand piece of equipment. It's so refreshing to come across kind, professional people these days. Way to go Daavlin!

I got my full body light in January, i use it 2 miutes front 2 minutes back every day.. I have refused biological drugs for decades and used skin moisturiser to hydrate my skin. I had psoriasis covering my legs, chest and back. 80% of my lesions are gone. I wear shorts in the summer and used to be asked regularly if I had road rash, not this year. I still have parts of me that itch but I would have never expected the level of results I have. I hope it continues. Winter is coming and that is the toughest times.
