Rachel Quinby's Online Review Report Card

Absolutley terrible experience. A specilist is supposed to talk to you, explain your condition and treatment and care around it. I only had her assistent talk to me, who also was just rude and made fun of my insurence. It was barely 5 minutes. She just looked at my face, told the assistent what to give and that's it. I felt stupid asking basic questions on what I should and should not do. Wasted my money on what was prescribed because it only made my skin worse.Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed

She didn't even examine me, she only asks her assistant to check on me, when I asked questions she didn't provide full answer and just provided hand-wavy answers. Prescribed medicine did not resolve my problem, I can't even get my medicine due to unnecessary back and forth. Not sure why she is like this, maybe depending on which person you are.I settled on Dr. Quinby because my dermatologist left this practice and my second choice was booked for a month. Quinby had immediate availability, and now I know why... because no one wants to see her. The appointment was easy to make, and there was a very short wait after check-in. The nurses were nice and attentive, but Quinby has horrible bedside manners. She was in such a rush to get out of the room. She could care less about questions, and had her hand on the door knob while I was still asking questions. The nurse had to chase her down the hall to ask about medication.I do not recommend Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves.

Dr Q-G was on-time, efficient and dependable. But it amazes me when a Dr never spends time to educate you on what you should be doing with your skin, getting a full body scan, self exams etc, especially for seniors... She was totally transactional, no warmth or personality or even an attempt to build her future business. People don't go to the derm very often so it would be nice to have a provider who actually made you feel welcome and comfortable. She will get the job done but don't expect anything more from her and her team. The plus was you can get an appointment with her in two weeks where most dermie's were a 6 month wait! Sorry for the tough feedback!

Excellent & knowledgeable care. Friendly reception & a very short wait time to see Dr Quinby! All questions thoroughly answered!

It was easy to get an appointment and the wait upon arrival was relatively short, but Dr. Quinby was in a rush to get in and out of the room. I was still asking her questions, but she had no interest to answer the questions and had her hand on the door knob. No eye contact, no bedside manner. She left me with a nurse, who had to chase her down the hall because of RX questions I had.

This doctor rushed in and out during my office visit. She did not take the time to listen to me. It was such a waste of time and money. I went to go see her for my acne and left so disappointed.

She appeared to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Our first experience with Dr. Quinby was very good.

Obtained a quick appointment. Pleasant office surroundings and cheerful service. Issue was resolved in a speedy, pleasant manner.
