Had to get my mammogram todayThe lady name was ErinShe was greatVery helpful
Really ZERO starts, but it wouldn't allow that option. My mother-in-law is currently a patient and her care has been absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and that's putting it nicely. I wouldn't even bring my worst enemy here.
Terrible hospital. Truly wouldn't recommend going to this hospital at all!! Never a good experience every time I go.
As grateful as I am to be regaining my health back, I'm more grateful that everyone I had to interact in all of my appointments and procedures here were very kind and professional. Shout out to all the employees here in the many kinds of work they do to make this place special. Know that you are all greatly appreciated.
I had to get a CT Scan and the staff was warm and welcoming from start to finish! I have small veins so when there was an issue getting me stuck for an IV they didn't prod or poke, they went and got someone they knew was good at it. They took something that easily could make someone's day hard and turned it into an enjoyable experience. Good job Avita
This hospital is outrageous. My grandma is extremely sick and we are trying to be cautious about covid and we call then to try and get her into the hospital but all that happened was it went to voice mail 3 different times so we just took her, she waited in the car while my dad went in there and talked to people who were very rude and didn’t want to help him at all. After they got situated we got my grandmas inside but we couldn’t go in which we understood but the lady started asking my grandma questions but she has Alzheimer’s and didn’t even know where she was and my dad started tell the doctors what was the problem and then weren’t listening to him and still trying to talk to my grandma who didn’t know what was going on. They finally started listening to my dad with the most disgusted looks on there faces for no reason. At this point my dad is trying to keep calm and the nurses are helping not at all, they would ask a question and as my dad would try and respond but they would just interrupt him. They weren’t friendly to my grandma either, she was trying to get up and the lady was say hurry up like she can move like she’s a teenager again and they just have terrible everything. I wish I could give them 0 stars but the 1 would ONLY be for there food so keep up the good work the people who cook but some of the nurses need to take a few classes on how to be a decent human being.
This place is awful. Shortage of doctors and nurses. Not the cleanest. Most troubling, the have a broken billing system. So watch carefully. They will provide you with an invoice and after you pay and think you are paid in full, another balance appears. You will be lucky to see an actual invoice for this. That’s when their lies start. It seems they lack the appropriate systems and staff.
It’s called “Health Care” not “Health no care” which is what you get. No one cares at all. A disabled individual on a fixed income apparently doesn’t qualify for any assistance. And of course you know they didn’t bill my insurance for the services rendered. And it was somehow my fault? I provide my insurance cards but according to customer NO care it was my fault? I wouldn’t take my dog to an Avita facility!
The worst hospital experience of my life. No one cared about me or the trauma I was, the questions I had. Nobody bothered. I'm never going back to avita.
over charges patients 500 dollars for a less than 25 cent pill

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
