Bucyrus Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Marker is very unprofessional . She shows no signs of empathy and acts like her job is an inconvenience. Her bed side manner is terrible . Recommend not seeing her if you absolutely have to go to this Bandaid station . She even cursed while in the room . This hospital is absolute trash and more people should speak up so hopefully someone will go in and fix This place . They don’t listen to their patients but want to discharge themAs soon as they get into a room . Healthcare system has crashed .

Knee pain developed in January 2022, seen a orthopedic surgeon affiliated with them in early February and knee was diagnosed with multiple tears on both sides that would need surgery to repair. After several visits of “looking” at my knee as of today no surgery has been done on it. Nearly had to beg to see surgeon to look at it one time since I was in eye watering pain., only for them to push surgery date farther out. For a person like myself who needs to continue to work in order to receive health insurance this only exasperates the issue, I have to continue working in pain while I await a surgery that needs done. I would suggest using another provider if possible that cares about any medical condition you may have

TLDR Summary: This hospital overcharges, double bills, and are rude to patients.over charges patients 500 dollars for a less than 25 cent pillAlso their billing system is horrible. You get an invoice, pay it then they turn around and hit you with the exact same bill and when you say you paid it, they turn around and screw you over for not paying a bill you already paid.This hospital is horrible i would rate zero stars if possible. The Judge of the town even said the hospital is being a nuisance with suing people who paid their bill.Also yes. Years ago They charged me over 500 dollars for a pill which i got a prescription for which costs 3 dollars for 4 pills.

This nurse left all his trash on my bed .my Iv he pulled out of my arm.dirty gloves . Like come on man wyd .... Common sense

Last year the police had my autistic son transported to this poor excuse for a hospital where he was physically and chemically restrained for 6 days. We were in the ER for 3 days when a nurse came in and said he was being discharged even though he was in restraints and waiting for a bed at Nationwide Children's. I called Children's Services who kept him from being discharged and 3 days later was transported to Nationwide Children's. I could say so many more awful truths about this place but I'll refrain.

I would give it zero stars if that was a option do not go there you won't get any answers or the right treatment I would recommend going somewhere else

I would like to say thank you to all the emergency room staff, for taking great care of my husband. You went out of your way to treat my husband with respect and dignity in his time of need. That ment a lot to him as he is terminally I'll and he received great care. Thank you for your service.

Worst doctor ever. Dr. Foskey wanted to argue with me instead of listening to what I had to say in regards to my very sick infant. Only reason I went here was because I did not think I'd make it to another hospital. Never again.

I would negative stars if possible, i am sick of this ER’s incompetency. When someone is a guardian and it’s clearly stated in a patients records they are to be contacting said guardian they DO NOT DO IT! Then act like Its the guardian’s issue when they DON’T DO THEIR JOB! This is repeatedly occurring problem! I will be filling complaints from the receipt to the state!

The absolute worse hospital I've ever been to. Slow service didn't have a nurse come into our room for almost 2 hours while we listened to them talk and joke about their personal lives
