I have always had magnificent care here, the staff/my doctor are always so friendly and helpful. Wait times tend to be on the quicker side, about 10-20 minutes total. Signing in is easy peasy and pain-free, no hassle.This has been my primary source of care for a few years now and will be for much longer. Never a bad experience, thank you for being such a great doctors office!!

As a doctors office you can never reach anyone... having a busy signal instead of the availability to leave a message is unacceptable!! My husband has been trying to call for 3 days now and we get nothing but a busy signal. EDIT: Finally got through and was on hold for 20 minutes and wanted to place me on hold again. Time to find a new doctor. Those women need more assistance and a proper answering system if you want to keep patients.

I go to see Dr. Rucki she is wonderful. she takes her time you can ask questions ect and not feel rushed. She is a great dr and she has a great personality.

These two stars are all my husband and I can relay as we have nothing bad to say about our doctors. However the staff, especially the front desk, have been less than helpful for the past few years we've been here. We are constantly holding their hands for refills and continually checking in when we are told we'll get a call back. Appointment times are inconsistent with what they tell you versus what their emails say. I rarely remember a visit when the front desk was helpful let alone cordial. We'll be looking elsewhere for care simply because of the staff and that's too bad for the doctors.

extremely poor service. After a fax requesting my medical records along with a signed release was ignored, I have tried called 4 times in the last month and when they answer the phone they say please hold and before you can respond, you are on hold. i have waited 20 plus minutes each time for them return to line before hanging up in frustration. what even worse there is no email address posted on the website for an alternate means of contacting them

Many of the staff are rude when you call and have questions. Trying to get a prior authorization because my child was out of refills and it took 3 days to get it after I made 7 phone calls. When voicing my concern over the phone, I was told by Dr. Nair's nurse that his medication was not life or death and that he would be fine and then she hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend this practice EVER. When you call you are put on a 15 minute plus hold. Steer clear!

Rude and uncaring. Would not listen or answer questions. Dismissive. Came to completely wrong diagnosis which cost me valuable time in getting help for my condition. Something to think about Dr. Nair: FIRST DO NO HARM
