Amazing care!
I wish I was able to give -5 stars. EXTREMELY RUDE nurse on night shift. THREATENING *to come unglued on ya ass*** yes I know her name yes she will hear more about this
This place has put themselves on the front line of Covid 19. Something most doctors offices won’t do. This is a place that cares about people.
The emergency room staff took great care of me. There was no wait time to be seen. Unfortunately, that is where the good ended. They are billing me for more than I owe. For the past 4-5 months My insurance company and I have been fighting with the billing Department because they are billing me more than I owe. They still can't get it right. Now they are threatening collections even though they have records of this issue needing resolved
My primary care physician advised I go to Diley Ridge on a Saturday due to symptoms of c-diff to get diagnosis and treatment started asap. I did just that, when to Diley Ridge for evaluation that Saturday. I received positive results for c-diff on Sunday morning and was asked which pharmacy to call in the script. The script the doctor ordered is the exact one I told them I could not tolerate when I was there on Saturday and AGAIN, requested the other medication. (This was not my first go around with this bacteria and I was trying to expedite my diagnosis and treatment so as not to miss work which is very important to me.) When I asked for the other medication, I was told the prescribing doctor is not available to look at my request as he worked all night and he may be back tonight and no other doctor was available to look at the request. WHAT!?!? NO available doctor at an ER!! After another call later Sunday evening with the same request - different medication and if there is a doctor available - I received the same answer. NO doctor available. By Monday afternoon, I heard nothing so I called Diley Ridge. This time, the person that answered said she would see if there was another doctor that can look at this change of order request. Medication called in Monday afternoon/evening - medication started. So I have spent the outrageous cost of the ED in hopes not to miss work, only to miss 3 days of work and feeling symptomatic for more time then needed had I received the requested medication by Sunday at noon. Be advised, sometimes Diley Ridge does not have doctors available...that is some 24/7 service (sarcasm). I have filed a grievance against Diley Ridge as well as notifying Aetna (my insurance company) of this situation. If you want quality, prompt care - DO NOT GO TO DILEY RIDGE EMERGENCY CENTER.
Unprofessional ER physician behaviour: arrogant, argumentative, and condensending. Etc. Etc.Brought this to attention of facility and medical director. Nothing....Do you want to be next, or your loved one?
I went to the ER on a Sunday morning with extreme constipation. I felt COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS going to the emergency room for lack of a bowel movement, but Urgent Care made the suggestion after exhausting their remedies. The staff treated me so respectfully and were caring and attentive. Dr. Gentile was my ER doc. He was very kind and thorough in my care. I truly felt as though I was the only patient in the ER. This was my very first visit to an ER in my 47 years. I am so grateful I chose Diley Ridge! You guys ROCK!
This place is totally unprofessional and should be shut down.I went in for a callous between my toe and the front desk person says it was an issue that they deal with. I told the front desk that I had an appointment with my podiatrist and it was 4 weeks away, however I needed help at the moment as I Was in severe pain and could not apply pressure, the callous needed to be cut out Right away. The doctor came in the room glanced at it and said thats a callous and you will need to see your podiatrist as we do not treat that here. I just received a bill for over $300 for nothing. This is unfair business practices.
Terrible service. Family member had an MRI a month ago and we are still waiting for the results! We received the bill, but NO Test Results. When we called them [Curtis in radiology] and asked the results be mailed to us, they actually refused saying HIPA prevented it. You're kidding right? I doubt HIPA includes requirements that prevents the provider from releasing the results to the patient! They should immediately issue a full refund or provide the test results forthwith.Hey Diley, WHY DON'T YOU TRAIN THESE PEOPLE? Or better yet, replace them with more competent one's? Avoid at all cost.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
