I had a full thickness tear of my left rotator cuff a few years ago and Dr. Stefko did an excellent job surgically repairing it..highly recommend

Dr. Stefko did a wonderful job repairing my shoulder. He explained procedures and progression very well. Shoulder surgery has a slow but steady recovery. Do the work (PT), be patient (the hardest part), and you will heal. Also, thank you to the PT staff for helping and putting up with me for over a year.

Horrible beside manners. My Wife Waited 2 hours to tell her she had arthritis and just keep doing what your doing and come back in 10 years for a shoulder replacement. She is am 48 years old. Only took and x-ray and never offered a shot for pain, therepy or any other alternative. Going into this visit she already knew she had arthritis by the way and she told him her Primary care Dr. Told herthis. Would never go back to him. What a joke. She Got a second opinion and went to pain Management with physical therapy and isam starting to feel better by the way.

I had a total shoulder replacement August 13 of this year. I had no surgery pain after 3 days post op. It has been 3 months and all the pain in my shoulder is gone. Dr. Stefko's surgical skills are excellent!

He did my mother In laws rotator surgery a few years ago she was 75 when she had it done and he was absolutely amazing and awesome bed side manner!!

I had my left rotator cuff done in June 2015 and right one done January 2019.. I have full range of motion in both... I would highly recommend Dr Stefko and also Kristin who did my physical therapy for both shoulders... you are making a wise decision if you choose Youngstown Orthopedic!!! I could not be happier with the results!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dr, Stefko doesn't do what he promises and his scheduling staff really doesn't care when you get in. There is no communication between Dr. Stefko and his therapy department and/or scheduling. The front girls are terrific but that is all that is good. Drs need to see that if their staff is not good and caring, then why should anyone go there. I am now going to Cleveland. I take an infusion and he understood that the surgery could only be done in at a certain time. He told me when to come back and no problem with scheduling. Well, I did that and now the girl doing the scheduling says that he is full for the month of March and she really didn't care. Told me she would call me on Friday after trying to get me in. Never called, went back Monday and she hadn't done a thing. I can't have it done anytime else due to possible infections. He should have never promised me and wasted my time. Now I have to start all over. Look somewhere else. Don't waste your time
