Sangeetha Sethi's Online Review Report Card

Two stars because the doc is nice. -3 stars because they never told us they were out of network and i have now paid more for my kids cleanings than Ive personally paid anywhere else . I called to ask why i was getting an additional bill after paying over $100 when i was there, in office, and only then did they tell me it was because i was out of network. Ok, fine, I’ll pay it. That was Friday, today is Thursday and they’ve already sent me and my husband both “past due” notices in less than a week. The check for the $60 additional was already in the mail, no need for multiple bills to be sent and with obnoxious highlights on the outside of the envelope stating “past due”. We won’t be back. You should tell patients up front if they aren’t in network.

Dr. Sethi is the only pediatric dentist I trust to take care of my 4yo son! She is caring, compassionate, thorough, accommodating, and most of all makes the whole appointment a very positive and fun experience for the kids. Her staff is great and they do everything in their power to make your child comfortable throughout the whole visit. Dr. Sethi is the best!

Dr. Sethi is amazing!!! Such a great experience! She is a great Pediatric Dentist that has a gift of taking care of special needs children like my son with Down's Syndrome. We have had such bad experiences with other so-called dental experts that claim to know how to treat kids, like Melissa Padgett (who is just awful, very mean and ignorant and treated us like we were low class people on an assembly line!). Dr. Sethi has the expertise that no other dentist I've ever seen has. She and her office staff are just WONDERFUL! I can't imagine anyone going to any other dentist. If you truly love your kids and you want the very best for them, take them to Dr. Sangeetha Sethi!

Dr Sethi and her staff are absolutely amazing. The kindness and love that she shows to my children is unmatched. She answers all my questions, explains their development and teaches all of us how to better care for them. Not to mention, every time my youngest has had an emergency dental situation, she has been there. I cannot say enough good things about every experience that we've had with Dr Sethi and her staff.

I recently decided to take my kids to see Dr. Sethi because of the location and the great reviews she had for kids with special needs since my son has autism, however we did not have the same pleasant experience. My son is 10 years old and gets very anxious at the dentist. When they tried to do the cleaning he started having a meltdown. Dr. Sethi proceeded to tell me that even though he has autism, 10 year old kids should not act like that. Which was of course crushing to hear as a parent and was also said with my son nearby so he probably heard her as well. We also were instructed to come early to do paperwork. I printed the forms offline and filled them out beforehand but still got there 20 minutes early. We then had to wait an additional 30 minutes past what our start time should have been. which wasn't really a big deal until my son didn't get a cleaning and then my daughter was told there wasn't enough time to clean her teeth since they had to pull a baby tooth. Which only took a couple minutes. So we left there feeling hurt and without clean teeth. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

My children have been seeing Dr. sethi since they were 2&3. They are 8&9 now. She has fixed my oldest teeth twice. One when another dentist messed up and another when he broke his tooth at football practice. I called her at 7:30 the night he broke his tooth and she did everything she could to take care of him, get him an antibiotic so the tooth didn’t get infected and getting him an appointment for 8:45 the next morning. Dr. Sethi and her staff are some of the most kind, loving, sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She is absolutely the best!

My anxious 7 yo came in as a new patient with a fear of dentists but needed extensive dental work. I cannot recommend Dr. Sethi enough. She has a wonderful vibe that my kid instantly took to. Very patient, takes time to talk to her and answer all of her questions, reassures on point when my kid gave physical clues she was uncomfortable or nervous. Staff is equally great to deal with on the parent end. I'll forever recommend for all nervous kids (and parents).

I went to Dr.Sethi all of my childhood. She is honesty incredible!! I miss being young enough to see her but plan to take my kids to her someday!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 💖💖

She goes above and beyond for her patients and is very sincere ... I would Highly recommend Dr. Sethi ... Thank you Dr. Sethi for all that you have done for us you are so appreciated!!!

Dr Sethi, Sheila, and Kayla are amazing! My kiddos have been going here for over 10 years! They love coming to the dentist. We've had two rounds of well dental visits during covid and I feel very safe bringing my kids to the office. Everyone is so kind and professional. Dr Sethi is definitely my kids dentist mom. <3 Love that I can bring all four at the same time!
