I’ve been a patient with Dr. William Bartels for approximately 28 years and he does an amazing job. He takes his time and answers all of your questions. He even explains in detail what is wrong and what his plan of care is going to be. Very knowledgeable!!!

Saw him on a whim. New to the area and he was close. Oh wow honestly the best service from his employees. Right away was welcomed in with a huge smile and tremendous charisma from the desk. Absolutely comfortable waiting room and spacious. Now of course a nurse sees you first and i had a very low wait time. Nurse was super nice. Dr Bartels was so friendly and got right down to the point. I was treated with respect and he also helped me make my life better. A+ for Dr Bartels. Customer forever.

I was a patient for over 15 years and have seen unsettling changes in the practice. You rarely get to see the doctor, and only after you fight for it, the last time I went for a sick visit, no one even took my vitals and just wrote a prescription within 5 minutes, and the NP seriously missed a diagnosis on my husband which resulted in him being hospitalized for nearly a week. Dr. Bartels has always been amazing, but his staff seems to do the bare minimum and since I can never see him, I am choosing to go elsewhere.

Because of my job, I have dealt with many physicians throughout my career. Dr. Bartels is the smartest, most caring that I have found. This is why he has been my personal physician for many years. As my children grew out of pediatric care, they are now his patients too and are blown away at the difference in care. My wife recently switched to him after 20 years elsewhere and cannot say enough good things about him. Everyone gripes about wait times at any office, but I don't mind if I wait here because Dr. Bartels spends the time that he needs to with his patients. He does this because he CARES. When he's not available, his PA Ron is very good too.

been going to him since he opened...I too have noticed a HUGE decline in the practice. You hardly EVER get to see HIM...just his nurse practitoner...when my son and father were hospitialized...this Dr didnt go to hospital...sent a friend who is a Dr. to cover for him...disgusted..yes we are...moving on???...Yes I am!! saddened though, he really was at one time an excellent, caring physician...
