Albert T. Domingo's Online Review Report Card

I was told I had to find care elsewhere AFTER calling in for a prescription refill all because their front desk staff treated me poorly, and I spoke with the Office Manager, Karen, about one particular front desk employee (dark, long curly hair) who put her mask on to yell at me for not wearing one. Then, made me pay to buy one so they could enforce their own rule! She threatened that I would have to reschedule my appointment if I didn’t let them charge my card $1 for a mask. None of their front desk staff were wearing masks when I walked in. They have signage all over their office about their staff deserving respect. Well, what about your patients? Should we not be treated with the same respect? My appointment was nearly a month ago. When I asked when they planned to tell me about seeking care elsewhere, the nurse advised they were going to ‘send me a letter.’ This just seems very unprofessional to me.

Domingo is fantastic. As for Kim not so much... heavens forbid if you are a bit over weight... all you will hear from her is bmi this bmi that...do this because of your bmi take this because of your bmi... I am so tired of hearing this. I know I am chunky and I have PCOS so I dont need her slapping my weight issues in my face. I had really bad morning sickness for a bit over 2 months and lost over 40lbs... and she said that it was a good thing... how is that much loss in that short of time a good thing? On top of that first thing she did was send me to have a blood test going back 3 months to see if I was pre diabetic "because of my bmi"... I got pregnant in February right after the holidays so yeah sugar and sweets. Test came back as pre diabetic. All tests after that were fine and normal until she had me take the 1 hr glucose test at 32 weeks when normally it is taken at 24-28weeks. They never said I had to starve myself for 8-14hrs and I went after a 12 hr midnight shift from work... so yeah I ate about 6 hrs before the test... and guess what. They said it failed and that I have gestational diabetes 🙄. She sent a prescription in for test straps but nothing else that I needed to test my sugar lvls with. Next child I am totally going to ask for the other lady. At this point I don't care if she sees this post with my name. It is everything I have been wanting to say to her plus more and being 34 weeks along I can't without crying.

If you try and make a first appointment and you are more than 6-8 weeks along they won't see you because they didn't get to reach into your pocket soon enough for their taste. Despicable practice. All pregnant women need care regardless of when they can first be seen you'd think an OB would be more understanding.

Good doctor. He delivers all the babies, he got to me, while I was one push away from getting her out. My previous daughter my OB was with me throughout labor. I prefer that, but knew what I signed up for. His front desk workers were always friendly, some of the nurses are really old school and a bit rude.

Love the Dr. And nurses very nice but the front desk lady sneezed into her arm and had a short sleeve shirt on and I saw her use her hand to wipe by her nose never saw her use any sanitizer and then asked for my ID AND INSURANCE CARD so when she put it back on the desktop i grabbed it with the sleeve of my coat and went into the restroom to clean it and heard her and some other lady saying stuff but other than that best office around

Dr.Domingo is one of the best OB’s, next to Dr.Euro in my opinion! He Is a very helpful doctor but the other Dr that is there with him named Karen and some of the appointment setting ladies run people off! They have the worst customer service and treat some people unfairly.

Great doctor but has trashy and very old fashioned employees. Some of the worst acting and judgmental people I have ever met. I have never felt discriminated until I walk into this office.
