Eight hour wait in E.R. still no DR. Ridiculous.
I would not express my concern if I had not personally experienced the incredible breakdown of the emergency room care. As a retired graduate of Aultman hospital, I am greatly saddened by witnessing the system in place. Lack of correct triage with acute cases sitting in the waiting room for hours needs investigation. If minimal adequate safe care is not available, the entire medical staff needs alerted and patients diverted to another facility. All local physicians need to see what is happening to our ERs from the lack of continuity of care. Big business equals bad medicine.
My daughter had a c section 12 ago she began having a lot of problems like not walking or being able to sit without a lot of pain and thay left us in ER waiting room for over 5 hrs just to go back and wait a couple more ER smell like dirty ft and nurses are r smart as-es
I would not even give 1 star but it made me to leave a review. I go in for an MRI on my head because I was having headaches. Their technician injected my arm with a contrast and missed the vein several times causing a jolt in my arm, 24 hours later my arm/elbow is 4 times the size with redness and massive swelling. After 4-5 days on oral antibiotics for an infection in my elbow/arm, I am being admitted to the same hospital that caused the infection. All I was told is that they were treating an infection with IV antibiotics. Then I had to go to occupational therapy on the elbow. And after several complaints over this nightmare with the Aultman Patient Advocate line….their investigation completes to tell me I still have to pay almost $1,000 for the amount they claim I owe….for them causing this whole issue. My elbow was perfectly healthy when I went in for an MRI on my HEAD! Would NEVER recommend this service to anyone, disgusts me.
Horrible. Smells like fecal material and urine. Low staff with smart azz attitudes. Terrible place to go if you are sick. My dog gets better treatment at his vet. ER is what I am talking about. The new Cancer Center is phenominal. Hire some real nurses for ER thou
Came in via ambulance for cardiac event…only to be pushed into general waiting area all the while blood pressure is sky high and pain kept escalating. Sitting here for nearly 12 hours now. Hate to see what they do with people who are coding. Poor management, waiting room looks like a third world country. Zero sense of urgency to get people processed.
I went to be induced for labor at 8 am on 11/10/22 the nurses were amazing very understanding and very caring and helpful. There care was amazing my nurses ashley Kayla was the best they did what they were supposed. They took Really good care of me and my baby. While we were here a constantly asking us if we needed anything and checked up on both of us throughout our shift and including my signifant other.
I Had a Broken Arm here last year. The service was alright but they couldnt reset the arm so I had to go to Akron Childrens Hospital
The greatest hospital in all of NE Ohio next to Cleveland Clinic
Almost cut my arm off during a chainsaw accident with tree work and my arm appeared to look like roast beef all torn apart, and they made me sit off to the side for more than an hour before attending my wound. Which also was in contact with a rusty chain. - Dylan I will never attend this hospital again The employees are all lazy, sitting there barely moving when real emergencies are happening. People need attended and they sit around, very low movement very low morale.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
