Andrew Herman's Online Review Report Card

My husband made an appointment to address wound care and have stitches removed but he refused to remove stitches and wanted to reschedule after time frame of healing and refused to address wound care and instructed him to go to stat care. He billed for his "services" but actually did NOT provide any (appointment was requested to specifically address above concerns).

Explained abnormal lab values well, and answered all my questions. Took the time to explain everything to me.

The care is very poor in this clinic. Physician does not take time with you, does not review your chart and does not think About the questions that you ask. He will answer with any comment to move along. He will not have test results In your file And then bring the wrong test results in the room. The staff has no clue when your results are in from a test. The test Results are in the office but the staff will tell you that they are not. You have to call numerous times until someone finds them. None of the office staff can think outside the Box.

Called to get information about the office and the physician. My elderly grandmother will be moving into the area. The office staff was very nasty and told me they would not give me any information because I was not a patient. I am a Registered Nurse and they should be more than willing to share general information about the physician and the office!!!! If they cant do that I wonder what other information they keep from patients!!!!

Dr. Herman is simply an outstanding doctor!! We are so grateful to him! He is incredibly smart, well-informed, very thorough and very caring! He wants all of us to be healthy, and if we aren’t healthy, he wants to figure out how to make us healthy! If not for Dr. Herman’s intelligence, perception and persistance, I would never have known that I was born with a mass on my heart. Discovering this explained so many of my symptoms over the years, something that 30+ doctors could never figure out. Dr. Herman is eminently worthy of our trust and admiration, and we thank God that he is our doctor.

I've have no problems with Dr. Herman, although I don't see him now, I see the nurse practitioner. She prescribed the medicine I needed for 1-1/2 years, no other doctors office was able to get it right! I'm most grateful! I do miss Dr. Penvose, he was so personable. He was our PCP for over 35 years. Depending on who takes your call, some of the staff may seem unprofessional but I've had no problem with the quality of care I've received.

Horrible support/front desk staff - very rude on the phone. Make an appointment with Dr. Herman and surprised when his nurse practitioner walks into the appointment instead of him. Unfortunate that Dr. Penvose retired and his staff left.

Would not recommend. This office is incapable of treating patients. It’s a waste of time. I made an Appointment and they said they could see me, I went in on time, waited an hour to then be seen by a student nurse who preceded to tell me they could not treat me and I needed to go to stay care. I’ve never heard of such a thing? What do you do there if you don’t treat patients?!

Dr QUACK as we call him. This office CANNOT get prescriptions right at all! Never call back or even answer their phones. Say they will call the hospital to set up an appointment but never do. They mess everything up. When you do get to the hospital they called the orders wrong. I’m writing this for my elderly mom and her friends. This place is messing with ppls lives. Shame on you! The nurse practitioner has no clue what she’s doing. She’ll call in wrong prescriptions, give the wrong dosage, push pills. It’s wasting money. Please stay away from this place if you care about your life.

NO! Can never get through. If you do they say they will call you back and DON’T. I’ve left messages after messages and cannot get a return call. The worst! Clearly no concern for patient care. I was in once before for a well visit and all the patients in the waiting room complained about the staff and issues getting into the office for an appointment. Tried to get my lab results after that to no avail. This office is ridiculous. I’m changing providers! Not even worth one star! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
