They have been my eyeglass headquarter since the late 1980s. They are pretty cool. Brands are okay. It’s a blessing to be able to see. Contact lenses are on my agenda, next. Will write a review after that. Thanks b&f.

My mother has just went to being enough optical and paid them for glasses after ordering them and as a today December 22nd 2022 they no longer answer their phone there's no answer machine and it looks like they're out of business. So now my elderly mother has to find out how to get her money back or even her glasses. BNF optical after 50 plus years of service to my mother and all her kids has just poof disappeared.

Wonderful family owned business. Very kind and caring staff and the doctor is patient but thorough. He knows what he's doing and I was relieved at how patient he was. I have a hyperactivity disorder and PTSD but I experienced problems with neither at any point of this appointment. Calm cool collected and professional all around. Thanks Doc!!!! Great selection of frames too. ✌️

B & F Optical have NO regard for the law. They do NOT follow the FTC's "Eyeglass Rule" - they do NOT provide customers with a copy of their prescription as mandated by law. They do not follow HIPAA laws relating to disclosure of patient information. I am reporting this place to the ADA, the FTC, and the State Medical Board of Ohio for discrimination. DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT A LAWYER PRESENT!
