The doctor is fine however, the two techs who actual performed my eye exams the 2 times I went there were impatient and easily perturbed if the patient wasn’t quickly responding to their “#1 or #2” questions. Perhaps when they’re performing the exams, it’s second nature to them however, it may not be so easy for the patient who wants to get it right.

I go for a yearly checkup for my diabetes and yes the general staffing was short 2 people due to COVID. Dr Barchiesi was very caring about my health in all aspects. She gave me thorough reports on my retina photos and provided recommendations pertaining to my prescription. I was very pleased with my visit and the staff. They were all very professional.

Terrible beside manor. The wait time was absolutly ridiculous. Our appointment would be at 825 in the morning and we wouldnt leave the office until around 12 or 1. Do not recomend this Dr to anyone.

Dr. Barchiesi preformed my lasik surgery. I am pleased with the operation and I would recommend to have it done. I have heard there are other doctors who would preform the surgery for much less than this office's cost but it is hard to put a price on a cosmetic surgery. She took the time to answer any and all questions beforehand and treated me well during the operation. Not bad to get second opinions on anything in life, including surgeries.

Terrible experience and getting worse. Had lasik and wanted mono vision to avoid reading glasses. She was happy to perform the procedure. Immediately had problems. Upon follow up 1 eye was over corrected and other eye was under corrected. She did a 2nd procedure at no charge. all was good for maybe 2 years when I started having problems. She blamed this upon a developing cataract . my vision continued to worsen Eventual she said I needed glasses. Even these did little to help. Finally I got a 2n

I went to Dr Barchesi upon recommendation before having lasik surgery. I wanted to go mono vision,1 eye for distace and 1 eye for up close avoiding the need for reading glasses. She was happy to perform this. I immediately had problems. After going back I was informed 1 eye was over corrected and 1 eye was under corrected.

So disappointed and upset over my care. Overheard the doctor talking about me before a procedure and may have permient scarring for a very minor procedure.

Horrible! She doesn't care about her patients at all!

I was her first appointment in the day, the techs filled all three waiting rooms in the back. Barchiesi finally shows up at almost 9:30. When I asked her about it, she got extremely defensive and tried lying to me. No one apologized for my ridiculous wait, they are way over booked. Will never come back. Hey doc, you are a normal person, your time is no more valuable than anybody else! Treat us with respect!

I have worn glasses since I was in 7th grade for reading. I do a lot of computer work at my job. Every year my sight got a little worse. I'm also on a medication that over time can cause vision problems. When I went to this Dr, she said everything was fine and I didn't need glasses. Unless I am part of some miracle, she needs to look a little closer.
