Was a first visit for a pre-op to one of the specialists. Contact and referral send in initially was great over the phone and email. Once there are first they indicated they needed everything I had already sent in saying if emailed to main office or someone not on duty could be a problem, then it was found. Brought back to the room and everyone was kind and very nice. Place itself needed some cleaning and a paint job to freshen up but all in all a good place and lovely people.

The employees at this location go out of there way to be kind and courteous I felt WELCOMED&RESPECTED,THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN MY OPINION whom along with showing compassion, actually treat you like a fellow human being!! From the front desk staff &nurses up to the doctor/dentist I was seen by I CAN HONESTLY SAY IN THE BEST WAY THIS APPOINTMENT AND EXPERIENCE WAS UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO AS A PATIENT BOTH AS A CHILD AN ADULT THIS PLACE IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE AND 10/10 RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU’VE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DENTIST’S LIKE MYSELF OR HAVE INSURANCE THAT MOST PLACES DONT ACCEPT!! And Although there was a hour long wait from when my appointment was scheduled as a first time patient it was late in the evening 4:30-5:30 an even being under staffed for the amount of patients they definitely made up for it with uplifting and positive attitudes even though from over hearing there conversations had been working more than half the day& also suggested that if in a hurry or don’t want a super long wait to make morning appointments!!

The staff at this office seems to have no regard for patient satisfaction. I experienced a series of issues during my visit, including a dispute over my insurance verification, which was eventually resolved after I spoke with another staff member of could give them 0 stars I would

I would never recommend this particular office the staff that work at the front desk are unprofessional will try and refuse your appointment for no apparent reason I walked in for my son visit right away she moved to you have a balance I stated I knew that $25 and I asked can I pay for today visit also she rolled her eyes and stated that she’s not helping me so I move on to another lady and she’s talking to me and explaining while the other lady is still upset because I’m still here for my appointment, she goes to the back and she has the lady to come out from billing/insurance and she then tells me that my insurance is not verified so I stated how I verified before scheduling the appointment my insurance hasn’t changed she just kept saying I can’t verify your insurance. I can’t verify your insurance. Which is not true I waited called in and asked a question about my file and she politely said that there was no issue with my insurance. I asked her what was her name and she said that’s The only thing that I can tell you now is that you need to speak to the manager and her name is Laura Pratt, and she then hung up the phone which I knew I should’ve turned around at the door because it’s always something at this place I will give this place zero stars if I could because one star would be an understatement of the services that they provide.

I had a dental emergency, an infected tooth that was incredibly painful, and I went there and they took care of me right away.

I had a very good experience here. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for a week, got especially bad overnight and kept me awake. I called as a new patient and got an emergency appointment the same day. Came in, they told me it would be a wait because there were people in front of me. I did the paperwork and before I could even finish it, I got called back. Not even 20 minutes. Finished the paperwork in the back and got my X-ray and talked to the doctor within 30 minutes. Needed a root canal and he offered to do it same day to get me out of pain. I can’t be more appreciative. Thank you guys. I’ll be coming back for more dental work that was found needed during the exam and x-ray.

My appointment was at 2pm. It's 4:30 and they still haven't called me back. I'm not coming back here.

It was a wait but the dentist and hygienist were great!
