Amazing Doc who knows what he is doing! He always wants what is best for you. Some people remarked he didn’t spend enough time with them, but let’s face it, doctors have more than 1 patient and they work very long hours! He asked me questions, I answered them and let him head to the next patient in need. I would highly recommend him. He is down to earth and k owns what is is doing!! He is now my new urologist!!

Dr. Heiser took first rate care of my elderly dad, after another Dr proved to be incompetent (don't go to Cerone). Once Dad got in to see him, he proved to be kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job with him. Fantastic doctor!

Very rude. Was there for kidney stones. Had ct scan at different cleveclinic . Instead of contacting their partner he wanted me to do all his work and travel 60 miles to bring him a disc that he could get himself on his laptop. Then tried to sell me on prostate surgery that I did not want. Never again

I am so thankful for Dr. Heiser. I frequently have kidney stones and Dr. Heiser is always accommodating and taking care of me.

I have only known Dr. Heiser a few weeks but if you want straight answers and a knowledgeable doctor this is your guy. He goes the extra mile to give you the best care and puts you in a relaxed comfort zone. I would highly recommend Dr. Heiser.
