I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Bruno's work was fine but dealing with the office was completely frustrating. The office claimed that they billed my insurance after my procedure , but they hadn't. After calls to my insurance & then to their office again, my claim was finally processed. Unfortunately, it was not billed correctly. Also, I overpaid my portion prior to the surgery and was due a refund. I wanted to discuss the situation with staff but was told the person I needed to speak with only works on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I left multiple messages but was never able to speak to her personally. I was eventually sent a check for an over payment. I don't believe it was enough, but again, was not able to speak to anyone about it. Later in the year when I went to my dentist for my cleaning, I ended up having to pay for it out of pocket because of the way Dr. Bruno's office coded my procedure. I've suggested to my dentist not to recommend this office to his patients who need surgery. I'm just cutting my losses & moving on and will not use this office again. It's not worth the time & frustration.

UPDATE: I am still waiting on my refund with no returned calls. My patience has been depleted. I guess the next step is legal action. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I can never get a return call & have left several messages. My surgery was in March, which I had to pay up front upon a pretreatment review with my insurance. It's the office's requirement. Here we are, 6 months later and the claim finally processed bc it was sent incorrectly twice, and now they owe me a decent refund. On the day of my surgery, no one answered the door to let us in for 15 minutes while I was knocking and calling the office. They have a lobby but won't allow you to wait in it. Finally upon answering the door, we were told to go back to our vehicle, in which we had to wait another 30 minutes past my surgery time. I don't mind waiting, but it it is their process that was frustrating. Then when I went for my follow up appt, no one answered the door again, and I was knocking and calling for 40 minutes. I even went to the back door and rang the door bell, still nothing. I ended up leaving. I never leave reviews, but this merits one.

Dr. Bruno is an outstanding oral surgeon. He successfully extracted my #1, #8, #18 & #19 teeth today October 5, 2022. Absolutely no pain twelve hours later. I have 100× more pain and discomfort from my chronic osteoarthritis pain. His oral surgery staff are very competent. We had to wait in our car until 10:40 AM for my 10:00 AM oral surgery appointment. Our only criticism is their lack of patient pre-surgery comfort care while waiting for extraction procedures. As the weather gets colder, waiting in the car could be very uncomfortable & stressful. Aside from that, I am mostly concerned and appreciative about having the best oral surgeon & staff that are outstandingly compitent and skilled. Thanks for your outstanding surgical care! Great experience! Called and got right in. They took care of me and I was in and out in no time...Thank You!!

I know Dr Bruno is very good but not very happy to pay 117 dollars for consultation

Dr Bruno was very nice.Nurse was nice too.I had a bad gag reflex,and had nausea to boot that that day,and they were very caring,and patient.😊

Doctor Bruno and staff were amazing! Procedure went flawless and everyone was so caring! 5 out of 5 stars all the way!

Have seen Dr Bruno twice for a total of 4 teeth removed. He is very professional and nice. His staff is amazing and very nice, they make the whole experience simple and easy. Next to no pain at all in both surgical procedures.

Estimate is much higher than others so shop around. My husband had a great experience and I figured I would too. They hound you to book an appointment for a costly procedure but don't offer payment plans.
