My whole family has been seeing Dr KJ Sr since he was on Walnut Ne. Starting with my mother all the way down to my youngest grandson! I would not trade him or his family for anything in the world! They work with each person as needed!

When was the last time your doctor thanked you for being a patient? Upon entering the exam room, Dr. Shaheen (senior) thanked me for selecting Hills & Dales Vision for my eye care. I was taken by surprise as I have never had any doctor do that before. Throughout the exam Dr. Shaheen was kind, patient, and caring. He wanted to make sure that I ordered glasses that will work for me and are better than the last pair I purchased (somewhere else). Marquita then helped me with my frame selection. I told her that I would like her opinion as I have a hard time picking frames. She was very helpful and honest about the frames I tried on. Matt, who did the measurements for my lenses explained all the different options as well as the different lens materials and coatings. He then suggested that I call the last place where I purchased glasses and find out exactly which type of lenses and coatings I currently have, so that I am not disappointed with my new glasses. And lastly, I spoke with Erin. After contacting my previous supplier, I called Erin and gave her the information. Some of the information was different than what I had told Matt when I was there, so Erin checked to see which lens material, etc. I should get and called me back. All in all, this was a wonderful experience! The only negative comment I have is that all the frames available are designer frames and over $250. It would be great to have non-designer frames available.

Dr Michael is Amazing!! He’s the reason I keep coming back! The front desk staff is SO rude!!!they talk down to you and act as if you’re bothering them at all times. I also got a terse phone call asking what my legal name was and I told her and she rudely told me it was under another name and until I fixed it they couldn’t bill or do anything. This should have been settled at my appointment 3 days prior. I didn’t appreciate the way I was talked to AT ALL. I’m not an idiot and I deserve to be treated with respect.

Recently, I received new frames. I just didn’t like them and they didn’t fit on my face well. I went in and asked if I could exchange them for a different frame even though I knew they would have to work with the ones to fit in the frame properly. Kayla was so kind and explained the process. Said it might take two weeks, but it really took less. They really are thoughtful and professional.

I don't know what the service is like, but I called today and if you're a NEW patient and would like to schedule an eye exam, you'd better do it now because I was told the FIRST available appointment was over a year away in November of 2024!! Crazy!

The eyeware fitting was done professionally, care was taken to get the details right, and you patiently answered questions. My eyeglasses would likely be ready in two to three weeks, you said. But, I have them a week later! EXCELLENT. 💯🔥👏
