Billing Scam Billed fraudulently in Sep 2024 for $1,100 for services claimed to have occurred in January 2022. No psychiatric treatment was provided. Phone number goes to an automated message stating a voicemail box has not been set up yet. Email on billing statement is a hotmail address.

Only demons hide their names I started off with very high hopes and was at first charmed by 'Dr Ike' no one knows or says his real name. He offered me a very charming nugget of wisdom and truthfully did make me feel secure and got me swiftly back on meds. He advised tests, when I came for the results he very flippantly told me devastating news (like he expected me to know beforehand) that I could be dying- and soon. He then said 'you will be done smoking in 6 weeks' telling a grown man who is struggling with addiction what he's going to do no discussion is not respectful care. He then rushed me out of his office and said he would call me. He told me I was dying. And then he DID. NOT. CALL. 3 days was enough to give him chance. I even went in before open so he would have still had the whole business day to reach out and try and keep me as a client. Edit: he called after 830, didnt leave a message. No, sir.

He takes time with patience I had a new respect for mental health after I was in his care

I messed up whenever I was commenting about Dr Ike I meant it for another doctor. Doctor Ike is a good doctor and he does everything in his power to help he's truly a caregiver and goes out of his way to treat you like a person and he's helped me for almost 25 years and I've had a bumpy road I'm very sorry about the review I wrote for Dr Ike and his staff sorry he's a real worthwhile doctor

In a post COVID world that is fraught with perpetually dropping service levels in every industry, Dr Ike’s star shines bright. He is as caring as they come. He is authentic, attentive, and provides a level of genuine empathy towards his patients that is second to none, and is nearly impossible to find in the industry today. He is a terrific Dr and a wonderful person. If I could give him ten stars I would. - LS

Wait times are improving and paperwork is getting less, but staff still openly discuss patients in a loud voice with doors wide open. Any copays that you pay at the door do not get properly credited to your account. Normally see the nurse practiioner and not the Dr himself. Dr. Ike is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure your medication is correct and refilled when needed. Overall, this office has improved over the years. but still needs staff training in privacy and confidentiality.

Wait time is much better now, But used to wait along time for an appointment. I love New Horizons, Dr Ike is one of the very few psychiatrist that would allow the patient to participate, and be actively engaged in treatment decisions.

Very good doctor. Gets people in who have emergency need on time, even when they don't have an appointment. Sometimes wait can be long, but for a good Doctor I will take it. Dr Ike is a great doctor.
