While not the doctor herself but rather the office staff who are disorganized and unprofessional. Additionally a request for records was met with a fee and the statement that records would not be sent until the fee was received.

called to get an appointment because the web site said they were accepting new patients. the phone rang very long time and was never answered. called back and was answered to be told the nurse would have to call me back to let her know when to schedule me in. waited over an hour and no call back so i called back only to be told the nurse was by herself putting patients in rooms and she would get to me when possible. this is the third day and no return call.

This was my first visit to this office. I am very impressed. Everyone was nice and friendly and Dr Krivetsky was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed at all.

I always found Dr. Krivetsky & her staff very friendly, welcoming & professional. Recently I've learned by phone and by driving to the office that it seems to be closed. I hope someone will let me know what's happened since I do have a scheduled appointment. I really like her as my doctor so I hope I haven't lost her.
