This doctor and his staff leave a great deal to be desired. Don’t go here if you want good care.

You would think when a 90 year-old person was bleeding heavily, that there would be appropriate follow-up care. Not from this office. I advise not even considering this office. Besides, the doctor is nasty.

Sad to say I'll never go back to Dr. Carpenter. He is awesome, but his staff sucks!! Tammy in the front office didn't seem to care that I was in severe pain because of me breaking a piece of my tooth. Told me doctor was out of the office this week an didn't have anything next week either. I have found a great dentist that fit me into his busy schedule.

Had to get 4 impacted wisdom teeth out. Was very happy with staff and experience. Getting this done isn't exactly fun, but I was satisfied. Dr Carpenter is great and the staff were very professional.
