Most thorough Doctor I have seen. Saw him 12 years ago in Twinsburg, and after getting nowhere with a couple other rheumatologists, I remembered him and drove to Canton to see him. Hoping he helps figure this out.

I have never had a doctor that was so thorough. Dr. Su spent an entire hour with me on my first visit. He actually went through every question on the papers I filled out. If you want to be coddled this is not your doctor. If you want answers to your health questions he is definitely the best! Yes there is always a long wait but you are never rushed because he is behind.

Dr Su is very thorough He checks everything and ask a lot of questions. He has always been polite and apologetic for making me wait. I came back n wrong day last time and he worked me into the schedule during his lunch. He finds things that my primary care doesn’t even check

WORST doctor and most hateful person I have ever seen, and I have seen many doctors!!! He is indescribably rude and intentionally degrading. When he talks, it is clear that he is spiteful. My first impression is that he loves himself and hates everybody else. If I was sick, and he was the last doctor on earth, I would refuse to see him.

Worst doctor and most hateful person I have ever encountered. I cannot believe he is allowed to practice medicine or even be around people. When he speaks, you realize he is spiteful. He acts like he loves himself and hates everyone else. Horrifying appointment. Fortunately, I have seen many excellent doctors and only this one offensive doctor.

I am not sure what more you want. I just wrote an indepth review on Dr Su. I gave him 5 stars even though I have never been to a rheumatologist, I have been to other doctors throughout my 67 years of life. If you need more info, please email me or call me.

I had to walk out. I don’t care that he told me that I was Obese or that I didn’t have arthritis first off I know I’m fat lol and second thanks for the rule out of Arthritis. But to walk in and start interrogating me and asking me why I’m there, why did my doctor send me, and then go on to tell me “let me see you’re going to say it’s not all it’s because you ache? but the lab results aren’t even high because math!” and then go on with your calculations as if I am listening still when clearly I am trying to decide if you have a form of Autism and if I should be offended or not...but I decided you were clearly just really going out of your way to hold that condescending tone with me and let your ego fill that office space. So I had to go. No I don’t care what else you think might be wrong with me after you say stuff like “I’m not pain management that’s their job to manage pain. Sir, I wasn’t looking for meds but hey maybe that’s what you thought? I was really just looking an answer.

Rude and arrogant. He doesn't listen to your concerns because he doesn't seem 2 care. Possibly a cyborg and I wouldn't refer my worst enemy 2 him

I would never recommend Dr. Su! He is not a good doctor and he is an even worse person! So unprofessional and uncaring. Very judgmental and condescending. On my first visit decided that I didn't have RA but rather Hepatitis C because I have a lot of tattoos. Needless to say, he was very wrong and 10 months later, I finally have a new rheumatologist. One who listens to me and explains things to me. One who is nice to me! The complete opposite of Dr. Su and I never have to talk to him again.
