At this point I have seen her twice, she does a very thorough assessment of joints on first visit, but never asked questions regarding subjective symptoms. Although I dont have a definitive diagnosis she did offer me treatment (medications) and was happy about that.

When Dr Arsuaga retired, I was “assigned” to Dr Williams. I had been monitored/treated by Dr Arsuaga for 10 years for suspected Lupus. From the very beginning I was not a fan of Dr Williams, but stayed with her for a year because I really wanted to give her a chance. She made me feel like I was crazy, kept telling me that bloodwork showed no inflammation, and literally acted like I was boring her when I came in for appointments. That was enough and I asked for a copy of all of my records. I called Cleveland Clinic and asked for recommendation for a new Rheumatologist. I have been seeing Dr Inderprit Singh for over a year now, and he is extremely thorough and takes a lot of time and effort to correctly diagnose you. He has diagnosed me with Sjogren’s. I am now being treated for it and have fewer flares because of this wonderful doctor. DO NOT PUT UP WITH A DR that will not listen to you!!! Dr. Singh is amazing if you need another option!

Dr. Williams is a joke like many of the reviews. Spent maybe 10 minutes with me. Lies on report and said "hand pain" when I never talked about "hand pain" - said we discussed Meds when never discussed med. The Department of Veterans Affairs paid for visits and did not get what they paid for and I might as well went to the VA because they were worse. When went to check in asked if I could stand outside. It was 30 degrees and they said yes I noticed on window they had sign saying "you can wait in your car and we will call your cell when ready". No one told me this but let me stand in the cold for almost 45 minutes. This is how this office treats a Veteran... Like the VA giving a Veteran a 2nd chance to die for their country. Find another doctor Dr. Williams and this clinic are the worse.

I will never refer anyone to this “dr”. I was referred by my gp to her due to my swelling and pain in my joints. She ran a blood test and came in the room and said “you have RA” when I asked what RA was She replied “Google it” and left! She does not deserve to wear a white doctor coat at all.

I have been going to her office for several years, she is prompt, very professional, caring and on top of everything, also her staff is great from the office to the nurses.will recommend her to family and friends.

I'm unfortunate to have Dr. Williams as my doctor. Every appointment is the same, regardless of why I'm there. She interupts everything said, never spends more than 5 minutes in the room, and has one leg out the door before she even walks in. I was referred back to her by my oncologist since diagnosed with breast cancer. I have been in extreme pain dealing with cancer and an immunological disorder. Dr. (Ha) Williams had no clue why I was there, though most people with common sense recognize a chemo patient, and a decent doctor glances at an established patient's records, and the reason for the visit.The same 2 minute physical was done, the same labs ordered, and she ran out of the office like always. Again because of this doctor, I walked out of the office crying and feeling sicker than I walked in. Doctors that have knowledge of their profession, but lack bed side manner, is inevitable and sometimes preferred, but Dr. Williams has neither. I wouldn't recommend her to a stray arthritic dog.

Terrible always late by an hour and spend 5 minutes with me not listening poor was excited to get in to find out whats wrong

I saw Dr. Williams a while back and I refused to return ever again! I was seeing her for severe pain in multiple joints. She attributed all my joint pain to my excess weight including the pain in my jaw, elbows, wrists, and fingers. Dr. Williams showed no compassion or concern when I told her that I was literally crawling up the stairs because of the extreme pain. She wanted to prescribe narcotic pain meds “because nothing else would work,” and she became very angry when I told her I was not interested in taking them, and then she accused me of wasting her time! Also, she came right out and said that I “only” have osteoarthritis, not rheumatoid arthritis. Is there no help for “just” osteoarthritis?? Dr. Williams was rude, uncaring, and cold-hearted, and she has no business being a physician!

I was sent there to treat and diagnose lupus. This doctor is walking out as she’s walking in. To this day I have No idea what is wrong with me. Going to Cleveland Clinic..... had enough. Poor patient/doctor repor. Sad.....

She askes me if I am okay with the choice of treatment. She understands that I have had RA all my life and know if something is working or not.
