Terrible. Got a call to move up my son's 11:20 appt to 9:20 the very next day. Ok. No problem. Get a call a couple of hours later because a balance of $66 wasn't paid 12 years ago that i not only have to pay before they see my son, I have to pay out of pocket for entire visit despite him having two GREAT insurances. Had this appointment for WEEKS and this is what I get at 4pm the day before his 9:20 am appt. So my ex-husband didn't pay the $66 12 years ago - my son and I suffer for it. TERRIBLE!! Shame on this office for an absolutely ridiculous policy. Do not go here for care!!!

Dr Ramsey pushed and twisted a camera into my nasal cavity. I gagged and coughed. He said "great, now you spit on the camera and I can't see anything." But, he left the camera in place. He was sure I have acid reflux because he has it. Maybe so, but I don't believe I'll be visiting him any time soon. Maybe he had long day. My appt. Was towards the close of that day. I've been hacking up blood since my visit. I had a flap covering my Nasal passages. Now I barely notice the flap. The receptionist was professional.

Great Doctor.But poor office. Left my name, my number, which Doctor was mine and was told by prerecorded message someone would get back to me. Have ear issues probably another ear infection and am going out of town. Wanted to either see Doctor or have him call in an antibiotic. After several attempts I was not called back.Poor poor way of doing things.

Dr. Ramsey and the staff are amazing! They are very thorough. I felt comfortable and in good hands.

Can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Ramsey! He did my first son's tongue tie revision and tubes in his ears and now my 2nd son's tie revision. He's been absolutely spectacular every single time.

Dr. Ramsey seemed to be very knowledgeable in his field. Unfortunately, my appointment was rushed and he did not spend any time with me , nor did he take the time to listen to me. I plan on seeking a second opinion with another doctor who is willing to listen to me.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful on the phone would love to get here need referral PCP no longer in practice. Great advice thank you!

I am livid and I will talk to dr ramsey. I worked with all these Doctors at mercy medical center for 9 years. Dr. Ramsey has dont 3 of my nose surgeries 7 tubes on my one twin son and 9 tubes on the other. He also performed a major ear surgery on the one. I have been on antibiotics for 9 days to try and help laryngitis cough non-stop and up eerynight with no success. My throat is killing me everyday about 10 am after working i get laryngitis. I DO NOT HAVE THE VIRUS per my medical doctor and was advised to call ramsey to possibly again be scoped in his office. So I call the office this am and was told ramsey is out and will be AT LEAST 3 weeks before i can get in. I told 2 different people about the above and they said I have to wait for Ramsey. I feel this is aweful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not like they are crowed during this terrible time in the world. Do you truly feel is I wasnt absolutely horrible with no sleep from throat that I would want to come into any doctor.

I absolutely put my trust in Dr. Ramsey. He is very thorough and caring. His staff is totally awesome too.

He was awesome and everyone in that office was nice
