Cant see dr when sick,, rude staff, and they do not listen to patients, they make you dread going to the dr In response to your reply doctor hill I've done nothing but got worse ever since I can barely walk I can barely talk I am miserable So talking to your patient avokit is not gonna help me any seeing a doctor would

Do not like the fact if you need a prescription refilled you have to call their office and give them the following info Dob, your Pn#, pharmacy name, the pharmacy pn#, the drug name,the strength of the drug, the dosage amount per day,the amount of tablets for refill and the Rx number. The doctor I had before had all of this information on my chart. And it was automatically called in to the pharmacy. And on top of that I have to leave a voicemail for the refill .

Very prompt. Follows up on questions, issues and test results promptly. Great family physician. Was able to get an appointment the same day as an emergency illness several times. Telehealth visits were available during COVID and currently. Dr. Hill takes the time to answer all questions and has very good bedside manners.

Susan Reynolds and her staff are not very personable. The office staff needs an attitude adjustments!!
