Great doctors and staff
It took a year to get appointment for cleaning only to be cancelled. Next appointment is 6 months from now
Never answers the phone and when they call you and transfer you no one answers. Only voicemail.
Nurses are nice, but I can never get a call back, or speak to anyone when needed! After your appointment you almost have to harrass them to get a call back or to speak to your DR. Phone calls will most ALWAYS go to voicemail! Only to never be acknowledged or returned again:
This place doesnt care honestly about there patients. They dont call meds in and act like its not there job to make sure there patients have what they need smfh they are deff goingto be hearing my ssa in the on monday. I feel like getting an attorney or maybe hiring a private investigator to go in there an get what i need to sue them.
I see Ryan Carroll at Life Care , I have never been more satisfied with the care I receive. Ryan Carroll listens and gets to know his patients,he genuinely cares and I feel very confident and know I've always received the best care. I highly recommend him as a physician.
Doctor Cola and staff are a great group of folks to deal with. They're thorough, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them.
I'm a patient of (so-called) Dr. Cola's and it's kind of messed up what he's getting away with. I suffer from PTSD and diabetes. My diabetic doctor is also a part of this situation as well Dr. Decker in the same building. I was told by Decker that since my diabetes is out of control that he wanted me on work restrictions to get them under control. I went to Cola like Dr. Decker wanted me to, to get the paperwork to take it down to my caseworker at Job and Family Services. Well I get told by Dr. Cola that he has other diabetic patients that can work with no problems why am I any different. As I tried to explain to him number one everyone is different and my body isn't like everyone else's. Well he refuses to sign anything until I see a specialist for diabetes which I have no problem doing however the problem is I walk everywhere and refuse to use the Sarta Bus System due to the fact when I was in high school I almost got into a fist fight with an idiot on the 102 bus. So I'm not going to walk from the SW end of Canton not far from the Timken Steel plant to Akron just to have another doctor say it's okay for me to take time to work on my diabetes. So I would advise your loved ones to find another place to go for your medical needs. This place is going down hill very fast. My father used to be a patient of Dr. Cola and Dr. Decker as well until they messed his sugars up as well he's a type two diabetic and I'm a type one.
Place is a joke
I. Had to take my client to his s aappointment with life care and he has a breathing issue and oxygen level issues we was 10 mins late for our appointment because he was having trouble breathing they made us reschedule can you believe this it’s very hard to get my client in and out of a vehicle it’s not about the care of their patients it’s all about MONEY

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
