Would someone tell me how you make an appointment with Dr. Chariff?? I have made a minimum of 100 attempts in the last nine days and all I get is the SAME recording of their business hours!!!! Not please leave tour.number and reason for calling, etc OR if this an emergency please call -------- or please call within hours of -----!!!! If you turn your phones off, please have the respect to indicate on your vm!!!!! I guess I will have to go into office just to make an appointment!!!!

Scheduling was several months out which is common in this area. The staff was not friendly over the phone or in person. Dr. Charif seems very educated but the appointment felt rushed. I wish she would have spent more time discussing causes and treatment options with me. While she did answer my questions about treatment, she did not readily share information or discuss solutions. I felt like I had to continue to ask multiple questions about each treatment option to get informed answers. I went hoping to get some clarity on my condition and discuss available treatment options, but left with a very expensive prescription I'm not sure I wanted and feeling a bit unheard.

I wanted to share my positive experience, rather than only focus on the negative in life. The office staff and Dr. Charif where very professional and friendly. They are a very busy office, so schedule several months ahead of time for an exam. A busy office, means happy clients.

Don't even waste your time if you are a new patient. Called first time was told schedule book not open into the next year yet call back in a month (apparently they've never heard of keeping a list themselves) I called back as per the instructions, given the same story and I should call back in 2 months. When I complained the receptionist is rude and flippant. I could be walking around with skin cancer but apparently they aren't concerned in the slightest about pushing people off.
