Mitch who did some tests on my eyes was so helpful. He got me out of the wheelchair & onto the dental chair with such ease & gentleness. He kept saying "You're doing fine & we're almost there." This was not his first time helping people into the dental chair. Kelly, the Dr's assistant explained what I needed to get & wrote it down for me. Dr. Monsen might be new there but I feel he'll be with your company for quite some time. He explained all he was doing & why he was doing it. He was professional & personable too. The whole appointment was a very good experience & I thank all of you.

Jessica was the person who did the first exam. She impressed me with her professional attitude, her throughoness with the exam itself. Her people skills are great. Dr Smit was friendly and also throughout his exam i felt he did a good job. I was happy with the attitudes of all staff with whom I came in contact. It was a good experience
