List of Rallis M Rajan's Reviews
Dr. Rajan has been my Rheumatologist for a little over a year. I have no complaints at all. I have never felt rushed with her and I’ve never left the office with unanswered questions. Exams are thorough and she takes the time to explain my plan of care. I’ve had autoimmune issues most of my adult life but chose to treat them with my PCP because of all the horror stories of Rheumatologists in our area. When my PCP said I needed to see a specialist, I started my search for one I felt comfortable with and was certain I’d have to “settle” but that’s not the case with Dr. Rajan. Awesome doctor!!
I thought she would be able to help me after being in pain for so many years and not knowing why. My MD thought I had fibromyalgia on top of cervical spinal stenosis and many other problems so he referred me to her, going to the office was a 3-hour visit to no prevail. She told me I have undifferentiated inflammatory arthritis, I asked her when I can file for disability and she said " you don't have a disability" she wanted to give me plaquenil but told me it could cause permanent blurry vision, I'm not in the business for being blind and in pain. Needless to say when she said I have inflammatory arthritis and she doesn't know why but I don't have a disability, I never returned. To this day I am in pain every single day of my life, there are days that my joints swell to where I can't even walk, it looks like I have a softball underneath the skin of my knee, my doctor wants me to take blood pressure medication because my blood pressure is up and I feel my blood pressure would not be up if I wasn't in pain so I refuse to take any medication because these doctors just want to push pills and the government's agenda
Dr. Rajan was my original rheumatologist when I was first diagnosed. A few years ago she went over to summa which is out of the way for me and it's more convenient for me to treat under one roof with Cleveland clinic. I miss her as my doctor. My current rheumatologist is ok but she's no Dr. Rajan.
Would not listen! My mother was diagnosed with wegener's granulomatosis from a biopsy a few years before and was having a flare up, we went to see her because her former doctor left and went to the VA hospital.Rallis told us she didn't believe she had the disease and wanted know why we thought she had it she never even bothered to look at her records!! Sent her home and had major complications and then wouldn't return our phone calls! Worst experience ever!
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Doesn't listen and doesn't do a thorough exam. Didn't include in my files any of my medical issues. "No problems with gait" SERIOUSLY?!?!? I've used a cane to help me walk for over a year and there are no problems with my gait? Do yourself a favor folks, find another doctor...one who actually cares!
I was shocked with how dismissive this doctor was. It took months to get in. My first appointment, the office called when I was 20 minutes away (I live 40 min away) to say she called off that day. I decided to keep my rescheduled appointment and give her another shot. Mistake. She told me to lose weight and all my symptoms will disappear. Told me my positive tests were negligible and that my positive ANA 1:160 was the only thing she was looking at and that it wasn’t significant enough to look more into. Told me my issues must be IBS. Physical exam, I had to twist and she said relax loosen up you’re too tense! I am there for chronic back pain and she says that..I can’t move bc of the stiffness and inflammation. Doctor is a joke. She truly just doesn’t care.
Dr. Rajan completely acted like she did not care about me at all. I filled out the entire medical history paperwork but instead of going over it she questioned me for 45 minutes. I had all the testing done and all the symptoms of Lupus. My bloodwork came back positive for Lupus. My insurance was cancelled so I kept calling her office for her determination of my bloodwork and scans. She was very rude to me on the phone. She told me that 5% of people test positive for Lupus but don't have it. My question is, does that 5% have all of the Lupus symptoms like I do?? DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!! I have MANY diagnosed health problems and she is by far the most uncaring cold doctor I have ever experienced. I don't understand why SUMMA still employs her!!!!! Also, she told me on the phone my vitamin D is low and she was calling me in a prescription. I told her I was on prescription vitamin D for the past year!!!!! It was ALL in my medical history!!!!! She saw the bright red butterfly rash on my face and asked if I was wearing blush. I said no I have no make up on at all. Then she says maybe you have rosacea. I said no I don't have rosacea. I told her about the severe pain and weakness in my hands and forearms, she said maybe you have carpel tunnel. I don't know who these people saw that they say was so nice.....but I see online my experience with her is the exact same as MANY other people!!!!!!!
Dr Rajan didn't act like she cared at all. She actually said that she couldn't help me. Since going to Cleveland clinic my new Dr has done many bood tests & determined that I have Lupus. Too much for Dr Rajan to bother with evidently.
Dr. Rajan is a horrible doctor, always in a hurry, very abrasive and does not listen to patients complaints. My husband has seen her for last 3 years and she still can't help him with his rheumatoid. She gets a letter grade of F!
Very cold! My appointment was canceled because of the corona virus and an over the phone appointment isn't possible because I am a new patient. It doesn't matter that I have needed help for 6 months and scheduled this appointment a month ago. I have x Ray's and blood work that was sent to them so why di they need to see me in personx

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
