List of Thomas W. Hiland's Reviews
Never had "any issues" at this facility. Never had to wait very long, and he is the "Best doctor" ever. Always attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with my husband and I. We are in our 70s. Easily reached by phone staff. Always a prompt return call. I grant you,I don't have serious health issues, but if I did he would be there for me!! 👍👍
He is an amazing and is always willing to listen to what you need, Very helpful to assist in any other medical recommendations options needed if any. The office wait time can occasionally be 30+ minutes but has always been worth it.
Been going to him for a lot of years, he's the best for my husband and I, I highly recommend him!!
He is an amazing and is always willing to listen to what you need and not jump to extreme or pharmaceutical options. The office wait time can be high but has always been worth it.
Dr Hiland took the time to listen to all 33 of my questions and had Direct succinct answers to them. He had a pleasant demeanor and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing him again.
Every time I've been to Dr Highland I've had to wait over 45 min just to get to the room then another half hour for him to come in. Not once, every time! So its not because of a emergency or scheduling issue. Its lack of respect for peoples time. Why not schedule a free hour in the middle of day to get caught up if you get behind? The last time was a reschedule because he was ill. Ok I get it he's human but on the reschedule day how about trying to be on time. My appointment was at 3:00 showed up at 2:45 like they recommend and at 4:00 I was still in the waiting room. 1 hour and 15 minutes of my time is inexcusable. Do your self a favor research online why some Dr's keep you waiting. Lack of respect for peoples time is what it comes down to because it is avoidable with scheduling gaps. Do yourself another favor steer clear unless you have alot of spare time!
The office manager has horrible customer service skills. Instead of discussing matters she yells and screams like a toddler. She definitely doesn't need to be in the position she's in. Her name is Denise. If you need to deal with her I suggest asking for someone else. Totally disrespectful.
I recommend Dr. Hiland, he is one of the best doctors I've had. He is very thorough and spends a good amount of time talking with you, answering questions and making sure you understand everything that is going on.
He is the best doctor I have seen in years. He always wants to get to the root of the problem and find the best solution. I would highly recommend.
Such a poor attitude , seems to be lacking in medical knowledge that is needed to be a good dr. Never diagnosed anything correctly. Never sent patient to specialists that could treat her illness instead he would diagnose condition himself and prescribe meds. and his diagnosis was always wrong. Wasted a year and half when the proper test would have shown patient had cancer. Finally he told patient to go to emergency room where they diagnosed her in 15 minutes. She died 5 weeks later. Be careful with this dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
