Very ignorant and old people that work here. Was told that I had a $90 past balance due from July and was never told about it until October! All because my insurance ended up denying my exam a couple weeks later after I had it done! Mind you. I actually paid for it after I got the exam done with my EXISTING INSURANCE with VSP! Snobby boomers. 1-800 contacts for the win!
