Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Centerville, Oh's Online Review Report Card

This dental group is just horrible. None of their locations are any good, no one knows how to answer a phone, and apparently only one dentist works here, and is out the whole month. That is wonderful for the people who need emergency assistance.

Thorough first exam with friendly professionals.

Driving through the lot to find a legal parking space, there was an older lady, wearing glasses, driving a black Mercedes SUV with a handicap plate that was parked in the driving lane blocking traffic. She was an older lady and she exited your store and had reddish brown hair wearing a navy dress. Upon exiting, she looked at me, flipped me off and then proceeded to offer driving instructions after advising me that she works there and it was okay to do what she did. I'm sure you can find out which one of your employees did this, as I made this posting immediately after she acted this way. Perhaps you should consider speaking to your employee about their behavior. If she wasn't an employee and was one of your customers, perhaps it might be best to recommend to her to go somewhere else as she reflected poorly on your business establishment today, especially being in the medical care field.

Dr. Romick is not my daughter's primary orthodontist, and we had a dental emergency yesterday. Despite the Bright Now Dental on call emergency services not helping to locate a doctor, I noticed they accepted emergencies and walk ins on their website. I took a chance, and not only was the office staff friendly, but the doctor saw her in less than an hour and got her fixed up. If you choose Bright Now Dental, I would recommend Dr. Romick at the Centerville location!

Dr. Sood is very accommodating. I requested to do a few procedures in single sitting. He was very busy but took time complete everything in single sitting.

The staff here are VERY rude and I feel like they hate their life. Nobody forced you to be here. If you don’t like your life, change it. Only sometimes I get a nice person in the back. I have sensitive teeth and one time an older lady working on my teeth was banging her tools into my teeth as she was putting them into my mouth. She sprayed my mouth with water so forcefully, water went all down my neck and all over my face. My hair was even getting wet. I thought maybe she was doing it on purpose because I told her she was hurting me. She was incredibly disrespectful and she gave me a panic attack. I almost just completely walked out or ask for someone else. It was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist.

The dentist is great. Very through and explained everything

Everyone there was so nice. They make you feel very welcome. I didn't have to wait long at all to get back to see my dentist.

I called over 15 places almost two months ago to get in for a cleaning. Bright Now told me they were accepting new Medicaid patients and took my insurance. I was relieved but they had to schedule me months out. I accepted bc I couldn’t find anywhere else that accepted my insurance or new patients at the time. My appointment is TODAY! I’ve waited months and they text me to tell me the appointment is out of network. Just ridiculous!! I’m livid.
