So i have been going here for 8 months and let me tell you this was the WORST decision of my life dr syllaba does not know what he is doing he is way too focused on other things lets start at the begining first visit he checks me over sends me for x rays but forgot to write down the correct date it was dated for last year. So i had to go to Kettering hospital for The x-raysI had to sit at the hospital for2 hours waiting for his office to fax the correct prescription for the X-raySecond visitHe says I have degenerative bone disease so I say okay what do we do from here he says I want to start you onInjectionsSo a month goes by he gives me at homePhysical therapy to do at home exercises so I do those for the next month I come back he says my insurance denied my injections so i said ok what shouod i do now he said do another 4 weeks of at home physical therapy so now we are on month 4 finally he comea back after i sat and waited for 2 hrs that i shouldve been doing physical therapy at his practice but i shouldve been doin the physical therapy months ago so finally after signing up for physical therapy magically 4 days later i get a phone call from my insurance that my injections were approved yayy right ? Nope they got pushed back again so no help no medication no nothimg so finally in july they got me in for injections mind you i started going here in February dont waste your time they only care about the money they dont care about. You

Dr. Pauley takes the time to be with you. I truly believe she’s so dedicated to her patients. She doesn’t put one foot in the room she’s completely examining you and talking about your feelings. Some doctors are in a hurry but not her.

I never had no issues with this office. The doctors are amazing, the staff is amazing. I been a patient for some time now, allways got the best treatment....before coming here i read horrible reviews, and i was scared. But i quickly found out those bad reviews are from pill heads, (you know that patient who is some how in more pain then any one in the whole world, and they are in so much pain that they refuse treatment like injections, physical therapy, non addictive medications and other therapy that can provide long term benefits.for only some reason only pills can help, just a typical pill head). Pass your drug tests, take all your medications as directed, give therapies a try, give injections a try and i think you will be a long term patient. After all if you dont like the practice simply leave. Give it a try what do you have to loose.

I have been going to them for years now. Dr. Pauley has been very kind, understanding, and helpful.

I seen Dr Pauley as a new patient and she was very nice and she listened to all my pain issues. I look forward to seeing her again next month.

Should have more compassion for patients I was at that Pain management for almost 7 years and only seen her twice Nurse Joni knows more about me then the Dr. Pauley and she could learn a few things from Joni when you suffer from so much they should learn to have some compassion she was ice cold Joni you have all of it / understanding compassion patience and knowledge I will miss you I was hoping on coming back but I need more from a Doctor then just attitude she should have more knowledge about Kratom and MY CONDITION ( TO MUCH IS WRONG WITH MY BODY ) People should not have to suffer in such pain we have a lot to deal with " animals get treaded better then I did 😥😥

Patient almost 10 years early yrs w few NP and Dr M were good. Receptionist nice then NASTY terrible treatment! I know state ridiculous guidelines came in but patients in pain! Rare disorders after botched surgeries etc! This doctor involved in my case after I begged for help increased pain she was a monster! Recently found out pain from infection and central brain stroke MISSED! I almost brought state and feds in but so MANY suffering! Dr Pauley karma will be a b! I know you may have to go here but try not to! If you can out of Ohio- or try medical cannabis and/or cbd- not working for me but working for some!

I have been looking at the reviews of pain management doctors to find one, based on the actual doctors response on Google, it is a deterrent versus bringing in more clientele. People in pain can not be expected to be calm, the pain changes the attitude. The fact that the doctor even posted that type of response is quite surprising. **Kept star level review of this as the published.**

I have been a patient at PEMCO for years and have seen a few different doctors and nurse practitioners over the years. If you are legit and abide by all their criteria stated in their contract and take your meds as prescribed,etc.. You’ll do well. They do not and will not tolerate drug seekers, dr shoppers, junkies, etc.. Dr Pauley is my dr and I have to say she has really impressed me overall. She is very knowledgeable and nice to talk with as she listens and cares. She takes time to explain a procedure and to answer questions. She does her best to get to the core of where the pain is coming from and then decide the best way to get the best results of ultimately pain free! She isn’t one to just prescribe pills pills and more pills! She treats each patients needs accordingly whether it’s medication and physical therapy or pain pump and p.t.. I am so thankful to have her in my corner! Their have been only a few people(staff)over the years that I didn’t chime with and only 2 of the “meanies” are still there. Dr Pauley is wonderful and her nurse is a sweetheart! Lidia a nurse practitioner I have seen for many years and I really think the world of her. She is professional and personable...the perfect mix in a person caring for you!! Joni, Rhea, are also NPs and I think they are top notch and super nice. They are newer to the practice than Lidia. There’s an AWESOME lady (LISA) at the front desk who always is smiling and will take the time to help whenever needed!! I have seen her (verbally)whip a rude and horrible patient into shape...without them even realizing what just took place!! And then the patient walks away giggling about something silly she said. Quite good at what she does!! She has a highly stressful job and she never shows it. She just SMILES and keeps the patients moving through! I am so thankful for this practice and especially for the people that care for me! I know I am in the BEST of the BEST of hands at PEMCO!!! THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME CARE!!!!!
