Dr. Hess is caring and attentive, answers all my questions, and has an even better staff. Both locations I have gone to were great experience. My left knee replacement went flawlessly.

Dr Hess is an outstanding surgeon. I had to have a reverse shoulder replacement & I was terrified. I had heard horror stories about how awful & painful shoulder replacements are. Dr Hess spent a lot of time explaining the entire procedure. The day of surgery, he calmed my nerves & was so compassionate. I was really shocked how well it went & pain level was very low. The follow-up visits also went very well. I’m now going to have my other shoulder done in a few months. I just can’t say enough complimentary things about Dr Hess. I will not be going to any other orthopedic surgeon but Dr Hess.

Dr. Hess repaired my sons ACL. Took a lot of time with us explaining the procedure and the recovery time. Definitely recommend Dr. Hess and will be going back because we have another injury.

Dr. Hess did a wonderful job on my reverse shoulder replacement. Very little pain after surgery and thru rehab from my shoulder. Would recommend him to anyone. Very thorough & concerned about his patients.
