Dr. Morrison was curt and displayed poor professionalism. We asked a quick question about our child who was with us but not her visit - regarding a CAR ACCIDENT we had been in and she seemed annoyed. As her care provider, I thought she may even offer to quickly look her over since we were hit badly, which could cause brain damage in an infant. Nope. She was also huffing at our toddler who was noisy during the visit. She REQUIRES all her patients to be fully vaccinated or she will not see them, so I guess she does not believe in medical freedom. We will be switching practices immediately.

I received two bills for yearly exams on my older children for an extra $70/each. When I called in to ask what the charges were for, they informed me that the exam went from preventative to a consultation when we asked a question about acne. Therefore it changed the billing from being preventative (and 100% covered by my insurance) to a consultation. This is obviously absurd and they called me a week later and told me that they were taking care of the bills. But a week after that they dropped me from the practice...I am guessing because I questioned the bill.

Doctor Bernzott seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing... She has a real problm talking to people in a respectfull manner and seems to get really flushed when she was talking to us. It seemed like she was making stuff up due to the flushing of her skin when she talked to us. Really frustrating talking to this doctor, she treated us like we were stupid. I do not recomend seeing this doctor.
