Dr. Eicher is an outstanding provider. She is on top of the most to up-to-date treatments for MS. I was Dr. Eicher's patient prior moving to Texas and am happy to be back to Ohio and returning to her care. She remembered me and was great in reviewing my care in Texas, talking to me what it meant, and recommending to the next steps of care. She is great at listening and responding to all of my questions. I have and will continue to recommend her to other patients in need of care.

This was my first visit and I was a bit anxious. I was quickly put at ease, from the receptionist to Dr. Eicher. Dr. Eicher and her team were straightforward and informative. They explained each step as they went through them.

The medical assistant, who escorted me to the room, mispronounced my name. He also alluded to my symptoms possibly being from my age. I am not old and didn't care for that.

There was an issue with the appointment time that was scheduled. The scheduler who scheduled the appointment scheduled the time slot in error. I was contacted by the automated service to confirm the appointment. A scheduler contacted me afterwards and left a message regarding the need to change the time to a later time. Unfortunately, I did not check that message until my arrival to the office when I was informed that the doctor couldn't see me at 11:50 as scheduled and that there was a change for a 2:30p appt. One of the receptionists, spoke with the MA and doctor, and I was seen at 1:30p. I was grateful for their efforts in correcting this issue.
