I’ve been seeing pachinko for the past 7 years she’s a good doctor but she needs to retire already!! They book people back to back I’m always waiting 40min in the room because she’s always running late.. last time I had did an exam and she forgot something in my ***** I will never go back

I have been seeing Dr Pachiano for years and she is AMAZING 😍!!! All of the staff are top notch, I've had instances where I have needed to get in to see her immediately and they always, accommodated me and got me in usually that day I can't say enough about their staff and about Dr. Pachiano!! ❤️🤩❤️!!

This place has gone down hill so fast. First off the front desk lady's are rude and are always to busy talking to check you in, they make you stand there for minutes untill they are done talking to do their job. Secondly i had a nurse leave a message to call them back after i failed my glucose test....but when i call them back the next morning they don't answer their phones. Online it says they're open thursdays 9 to 5 and so does their automated lines but then it tells you they are closed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I love Dr. Pachanio. She’s an amazing doctor. The reason for my one star review, & also the reason I will be seeking a new practice, is her staff. Specifically the billing department, & her office manager, Cheryl. I have been reaching out to Cheryl & the billing department since the middle of November, it is now the middle of December and I have not heard one word back. It says they read my messages on the My Chart app, & again, I have left a handful of messages personally. This is all over a discrepancy in a bill vs an EOB I received. Not a huge deal, but I did want to talk with someone about it. I am also in a position of management in an office setting, & if the doctor I work for ever found out that I wasn’t returning patients phone calls, I would be fired. I’m not sure how this office operates, but shame on them, especially Cheryl. I understand life / work can be busy. But I have made multiple attempts throughout the last month to speak with someone. Dr. Pachiano, I love you, but I would really recommend finding a new office manager who is more competent at their job. Respectfully, A highly disappointed patient.

She delivered my baby in 2004 and I had the greatest experience ever. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to everyone.if I have more I will being going back to her , I dont care if its 1 hr drive to her office or Not . Came in for a new patient consult that I booked a couple weeks ago waited an hour just to be seen and last week started feeling symptoms of pregnancy and when I came in today and told the nurse she threw an attitude and walked out and talked to the other nurses about how I didn’t say that on the phone call when I made the appointment. Came in and had massive attitude. 10/10 not coming back.

I went here for my first pregnancy, Annette- the nurse practitioner is AMAZING. I didn’t much care for doctor Pachiano. I really only seen her 2-3 times the whole pregnancy. During the actual birth I remember her being very rude to the nursing staff at the hospital. Which made it very tense in the room. She got the job done though and that’s what matters. However, that’s why I’m giving three stars.

I’ve been a patient of Trisha since I was 13 I absolutely love her. She is very open and honest and overall an amazing doctor! She helped me during the most scariest times of my left. She helped me bring my two beautiful sons into this world! Hands down Dr. Pachiano is the best! Most of the staff at the office are very nice and always there for your needs as a patient. There’s one office lady that I’m not a fan of.. after many years of going to that office there has never been one person that was rude beside one. Her name is Ashley. I’ve heard her hang up the phone and instantly talk bad about that patient she was speaking to, she doesn’t wear her mask covering her nose and moth at all times. Which is currently state mandated, I work in a dentist office where I see 30+ patients a day while wearing my mask the entire time. Very unprofessional. To Ashley, please be more kind and change your tone of voice. You make the experience of being at that office awful. No one wants to go somewhere regarding their health and have to speak to such a unpleasant person. Other than that one employee I will still continue to be a patient because I love my doctor!

What insurance do they all take ?

doc herself is awesome and super fun, but her nursing staff and receptionists ruin the office for me. they are so unpleasant and unprofessional. they always have an attitude and are completely disrespectful for no reason at all and cant keep their thoughts organized.
