Bruce Bauer's Online Review Report Card

I was disappointed with the appointment with Dr. Bauer. He quickly scanned my son, gave a diagnosis & treatment and was ready to get out the door. I had to show him the area of concern and he said "he missed it on his initial inspection" and could do a biopsy. Yes, because you did not examine well! I would not recommend if you need a thorough examination.

We went for yearly skin Check. Went for discolored skin on cheeks and nose. Prescribed Effedux. Even though this was what caused rough and discolored skin. Got an allergic. Reaction with use, eyes swelled. Notified Dr. His answer was don't put in your eyes. Office fails to provide patient plans. And doesn't document every visit. Will not provide doctors or patients with their records.

I have seen Dr. Bruce Bauer in more than 10 appointments involving surgeries, I've suffer a lot as a result. I've had several surgeries performed on the craniofacial area since I was 7 years old, which were purely intended for cosmetic purposes. The result of the surgeries were more harm than good for me. I would not recommend him to do any invasive surgeries that could harm the livelihood of children. If you have any cosmetic surgeries or know any child who would like one, make sure they are old enough to make sound judgement. A child who is 7 years old or anywhere close to that age cannot judge, they can neither make reasonable and informed decisions. I had to get new surgeries from another doctor to remove what was done from this doctor.

Dr Bauer fixed my sons cleft lip and palate, you cannot even tell he had it in the first place. He is amazing and we are extremely greatful of him!

It is an honor to have this well respected surgeon operate on my best friend who happens to be my daughter. God Bless Dr Bauer and his patients.

I would give him a negative star if I could. He cut out a mole and it got infected and he could not fit me in for an emergency visit so I had to go to Urgent Care. I'm a month out and still in a lot of pain and my incision split open and the infection could have killed me had Urgent Care not treated me correctly when this dermatologist could not. He didn't even prescribe the right medication to treat the infection. I had to go to my primary care doctor to get the correct medication.

Doctor Bauer goes out of his way to make sure my husband and I are comfortable with the procedure my son will be having soon. I emailed him on a whim asking for help, and he answered all my questions! Bedside manner is amazing as well!!! Love the office staff, too!

My first visit with Dr. Bauer went very well. Dr. Bauer eased my concerns regarding various dermatogical issues by thoroughly explaining the etiology and potential outcomes. He responded to my questions demonstrating extensive credibility, experience, and education in specific areas of skin disorders. I walked away from the appointment feeling very comfortable with my choice in dermatology providers.

I went as a referral for suspicious lesion after going to Urgent Care. The first thing he did was complain that I left his exam room door open an inch. Then he questioned how I was able to make an appointment and suggested I wasn't telling the truth when I told him I was referred. He said I was lucky and what did he want me to do. I told him about the lesion and he said to wait awhile and come back. I insisted on a biopsy which he did and it turned out to be cancer. Go back to teaching.
