This office disappoints. It you have a balance. You will not get serviced. I had been a patient since 2016. Called for an appt. They were at lunch. Called back 2 days later . Was told by desk person that I didn’t get a call back for an appointment because I had a balance .. she didn’t if I would be paying. Glad I wasn’t in any pain. She didn’t care enough ther way. Not good.

Dr Lanier is very unprofessional; she didn't even greet me when she walked through the door like she had a chip on her shoulder. Made me feel very uneasy. Upon paying, they couldn't decide on my payment and seemed confused about my insurance. Will never, ever go back to that place.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly. When I expressed my interest in getting some dental work done everyone was willing to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable when i had concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr. Angela Lanier for over 15 years. She’s performed emergency procedures, various types of dental treatments, and care during some of my visits. Dr. Lanier is proficient, professional, dedicated, and compassion on taking care of patients. There have been times, I suffer some fear and anxiety, during some of my scheduled appointments. I appreciate how Dr. Lanier enters the room with a smile, calmness and much needed patience for her patients. Her kind demeanor certainly does play a part on relieving some of my past dental fears. I’m also appreciative on how Dr. Lanier’s Dental Hygienist is always there to assist through every appointment. She’s attentive, professional, and works with ease on taking care of patients as well. They both make me feel like I’m the only patient!♥️ Lastly, grateful on how the office staff is always willing to assist me with issues and concerns regarding my dental benefits, and follow-up appointments. Absolutely love this dental office! The staff has always been nice and friendly since my very first appointment. I began my Invisalign journey with this office and I do not regret it at all! They care about their patients and listens closely to concerns which results in excellent customer service. Love them!
