Dr Field at cedar rd office is the best! I have had several times where I have needed to be seen quickly due to pain , cracked teeth etc, they work hard to fit you in same day when possible. So grateful for Dr.Field and his staff! 5 stars!!!

This was a fantastic dentist visit. They were so patient and professional. I truly appreciated how they treated my daughter with her appointment. Jay, the dental assistant, who did her cleaning was so awesome with her. There was not a unprofessional person that I had met... if you are looking to go to or find a new dentist, this is the place to go. Thank you to Jay and Dr. Marcus Fields for helping my daughter!

The whole staff are such professionals, Outstanding customer service from the front desk to the check out portion. Ms Georgia took her time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease! Dentist is awesome!

SCAM artists when it comes to billing. Intentionally manipulate young adults by giving them services they KNOW are not covered by insurance. Then they hold the young adult hostage at the billing desk saying they have to pay right then and there. Hello, the insurance hasnt even been billed yet!! Or is it just that you know that you performed unnecessary procedures that the insurance will not cover.... Most likely! Then when confronted about the deceptive billing practices try to claim that you told us about the cost on the phone. Another lie on top of the rest of your lies. Seek dental care elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off by subpar dentists. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and City of Chesapeake as well.

The hygienist today did such a poor job I complained to a manager and got my teeth cleaned a second time by a different hygienist. If you’re looking for a new dental office and are thinking about this one, maybe pass.

These guys have gone downhill seriously over the years. Horrible customer service, numerous inquiries for an appointment with no return calls, always get the answering machine and not a person. The doctors snicker and give you crap when you dont want some of their procedures. Dont tell you th youre due for xrays, yet have you come in for a cleaning and then tell you they wont do the cleaning without doing the 18 xrays. Horrible, time to find a new dentist.All of the hygienist are very nice but the support staff and doctors are horrible!

I’m a heart patient and very concerned about my medicines and any procedures that occur. I had a tooth pulled while on blood thinners & a filling at the same time. The Staff at Konikoff are AMAZING. I have never been to a more understanding place. From reception to billing this place is top notch.

Konikoff is a really nice place and the staff is absolutely awesome. I have been going here since I been in VA (14 years) and they have always provided me with good service. All their offices are really nice and they even have large fish tanks in the lobby and televisions at your exam chair. Be advised, you will pay a premium for all this nice stuff. I recently got a price for a crown from another reputable dentist and it was $350 less than Konikoff for the same service; I couldnt believe it. Now, I see why they have luxury offices, the patients pay for it. Id much rather save some money these days but, if money isnt an object for you, go for it. If your like me and value your money and want to spend it wisely, Konikoff may not be your place.  Im in no way bashing Konikoff but, they just are too expensive.

Nice people work here but I have the feeling that they are told to  upsell the services. Disappointed with the appointment,  the dentist came in looked at my xrays and told me what she thought I needed. She NEVER even looked in my mouth. Only after asking a few questions,  I  was given the options.I am not going back. Went elsewhere where I was treated better.
